Rooms were gorgeous Jessi was amazing to help in every possible way Spa treatments by Sami was also exceptional Just breakfast was plentiful but lacked a bit of flavour sometimes and the jaccuzi in spa is a cold water one. Steam room and sauna were great. However amazing experience with free shuttlebus etc. Staff really make this place incredible

We wanted to get away from the crowds of old town for our last night and Sunrise was a good option. Breakfast was great, spacious room, friendly staff, enjoyed roof top swim in the evening. Limited eating options nearby but can definitely recommend the silent cafe and garden next door to the hotel

An oasis in the hustle-bustle of Hoi An

This property is brand new and it is spectacular. Staff like Lily really make everyone feel like they are family. Our every need was seen to immediately. The hotel spa with Ms Vy and our massage girls Cam and Mia were OUTSTANDING. We loved the Grab taxi services and the hotel takes pictures of all the license plates when you come and go with the taxis to ensure you are safe! It is at least a 45 minute walk to the Old Town, or a 5 minute Grab ride for about $2.00 USD. The hotel ammenities were lovely, including two pools (one on the roof!!) I will say everything is 5 Stars but if I could say one tiny little thing it would be the buffet. We are vegetarian and there were virtually no options. I have stayed at other world class resorts and the western breakfasts included many other items. HOWEVER, this doesn’t overshadow the fact that the hotel environment and rooms more than make up for this. Beds are super comfy. Air conditioning is ice cold (you need it in summer) and the smoker tub is to die for after a long day of walking. We enjoyed a massage almost every day also… highly recommend this hotel!!!

Perfect for exploring Hoi An

Clean rooms, nice decor, good breakfast selection and the pool was lovely on the roof to watch sunset. Our only feedback would be that the hot water in the bathroom was capable of scolding so turn your tap to hot with caution! Would recommend, convenient for the old town and hotel staff are super helpful and friendly!

Had a fantastic stay at Grand Sunrise Palace. The staff were very attentive and made a real effort to know our names and greet us everyday. Gave us helpful information on what to do and suggestions on where to go.

the property was excellent little bit out but was good they have shuttles which was excellent. this was one of the best properties we stayed at in Vietnam and would recommend this property to any one staying in hoi an. thank you for a lovely stay. could not fault this hotel.

This place had it all: greeted us warmly, great hospitality, local shuttle service, top-notch cleanliness (only 8mths old even we stayed) on site restaurant with global food, in house spa services, roof top pool... we had a very pleasurable stay.

This new hotel in Hoi An is gorgeous with very comfortable rooms. The staff was amazing and always so helpful in planning out activities. Luna was our favorite and was so cheerful and friendly every morning. The hotel has bicycles and also rents scooters which we used to explore the town and travel to A Bang beach each day.

The Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations.

Very friendly staff, hotel stay was excellent!

The rooms are great and that’s where the positives end. You are looking at a 30min walk to the main centre, the spa is outdated and the massages where below par. The staff all seemed to have colds, some masks on them would have been beneficial. Best look elsewhere for food as it is insipid.

Sunny, Lucy and Luna have been great in helping me and my mum during our stay in Hoi An. Highly recommended. This hotel is new and modern and worth a visit as it’s close to everything.

The staff are amazingly helpful. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, however 2 things that were wrong with this hotel. Firstly, there’s a very strange layout in the room with a curtain around a bathtub. It’s odd and definitely they’re putting an overall design concept ahead of the practical use of the room. Secondly, though the rooms are sold as having balconies, the balconies are not the kind you can go out on, they are more for show.

Staff are very friendly. The room is new and nice design mixing between modern and ancient. Breakfast is very good too with various options and original tastes.
