we loved the decor, we loved the location and the views. we appreciated the bug spray, the nice containers of shampoo/conditioner: the dishes and appliances were nice. the couch was comfy and the tv was easy to use. internet was good, showers were clean and nice. the sheets were really nice and clean. The home inside was really clean, chairs on the patios are a nice touch. The owner was accommodating. spacious home, minimalist decor. ice in fridge was great, tables on both patios was helpful. distance to thnorth beach was walking distance so that was a nice, but directly to the right and end of the street. not across from the beach as you can’t legally swim in that area it’s restricted.

very big deal- the posting should mention that you can’t swim directly in front of the property. this was a big letdown for us, there should be a warning. the swim area wasn’t far but should also be listed on the property as it’s not mentioned. it’s is down the street from jolly Rodger; not 12 miles as listed. there was a lot of construction debris around and in the patio parts of property, also balconies. there was a lot of nails on the bottom floor where cars can park. I would say about 50 nails spread it everywhere, we did our best to sweep but there’s not an outside broom. When we arrived, we weren’t sure if it was our property bc from the outside it looked abandoned. the grass was 2ft tall, cans and trash within the grass. the entry to the property was hard to enter, there are huge potholes and high mounds of sand. It was very clear to us that this was a rushed property to rent. the was a gnat problem in the kitchen, shower gel container on the 2nd floor broken. Shower outside keeps leaking for hours, doesn’t close shut. When I called the property contact to let her know about the lawn bc the mosquitoes were really bad and I was planning to put a waterslide, she said she wasn’t sure what happened. She called a lawn guy to come out and he as there at 8am cutting the lawn, this was a major inconvenience bc some of us were trying to sleep in and we had to go outside move the cars and were woken up. This should’ve been taken care of. the listed beach chairs and umbrellas are were nowhere to be found, the property contact was Milan, the number given to contact her from envolve is incorrect. I had a hard time trying to reach her the first time, then she gave me her personal. she’s nice, I could tell she was annoyed by the questions and she seemed to be all over the place. one of kiddos was punctured on her foot with a nail.
