نظافة المكان ووسعه ومعطر والعامل خدوم

موقع الشقة بالنسبة للحرم يعني للشباب تتفع ولكن للعوائل وكبار السن يحتاجون لتاكسي للوصول للحرم ولكن بشكل عام هذي مومشكلة كبيرة ان شاء الله

Need a microwave and some tea stuff

Good location. Recently renovated apartment with good space. Haroon was awesome and responded to all our requests. Microwave was provided on request. Free parking was available outside the building. Location is just 5-7 mins drive to Haram. We were able to find parking in basement of Haram (1 SAR per hour for first 2 hours.)

No daily house keeping and towels were not provided as you would expect in a hotel. But it was not a big issue as we spent most of time in Haram.

The cleanliness and helpful staff.

The location. It was misleading at description that prophet’s mosque is 15mins walk and 5 min drive away which isn’t the case unfortunately.

Good space. Friendly staff. Haroon was helpful. Good parking space

No towels. little far from restaurants. Microwave should be a must. Television is a useless thing and it should be replaced by microwave.

Nothing

The accommodation was very bad and the beds were dirty. There is no towels or any toilet papers. The kitchen s very bad and there is no chairs or dining table or cooker

Beds are comfy; rooms a living space are good enough for family with kids. Location is good; 5 mins drive to haram. walking to haram is not feasible (will take more than 25 mins)

Facilities are very limited; there should be a microwave oven to make it excellent stay. Towels are not provided :-(
