Was a great new experience with family-Angie was a wonderful host and explained everything clearly-made us feel very welcome- close to all activities and downtown-Just had to bring ourselves she had all supplies on houseboat that we needed…loved our stay

The accommodations were great and Angie was very easy to work with. Loved the rooftop patio. Being able to have access to A/C and sun was awesome. Only challenge if you are a light sleeper and you are sleeping on the lower level is the toilet system is quite loud if someone flushes at night. Other than that…we LOVED our time there!

We enjoyed our stay. Angie was great. The community is quiet and peaceful so this is not the ideal spot for a party. We enjoyed all of the amenities and will recommend to our friends when they travel to Knoxville. Five stars!

Really different experience. Host introduced us to the riverboat to make our stay perfect. Would love to stay again.

Amazing stay! Boat is beautifully done, comfortable and well appointed. Staying on the river made us forget we were in the city every night. Great location, easy driving in and out, Ubers were easy to get. Angie (owner) is amazing, friendly and helpful. It’s obvious she puts a ton of effort into her rental, really top notch all the way around. We’re definitely staying here again and can’t wait!

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed. This boat gets 5 stars from us!! Everything was clean and new, even the bath towels were plush. Very homey, spacious, and the master bed was so comfortable. We grilled up top and I thoroughly enjoyed setting out back of the boat. The property manager is fantastic, quickly answered any questions I had. She picked us up on a golf cart and took us right to the boat. We will be back!!

We rented this amazing 76 foot houseboat that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The houseboat was super clean, spacious, and it was a totally unique experience!! We entertained local friends and had a BBQ and then attended the ZZ Top & Lynyrd Skynyrd concerts. Our host, Angie, met us on board and reviewed all of the necessary things we needed to know to have a fantastic time during our stay. We so enjoyed it, we plan to come back next year and bring more friends since Angie owns 3 houseboats in a row so we can be together while we visit Knoxville. Angie was incredible and the boat was everything the list said plus. The houseboat was super clean, convenient and very comfortable for all. The renovations that were completed made it feel like a new houseboat. We were able to meet several of the other guests and permanent residents of the marina during our stay. It was a very welcoming community with great people. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We've never stayed at a houseboat before and when we saw this listing, we had to book it right away! The pictures on this listing is really great but when you see it in person, it's even BETTER! This was the BEST vacation rental we've ever had! The boat was so clean and immaculate! We felt like we were in a BRAND NEW house boat! The overall vibe of the boat was just really relaxing and it was such an amazing experience that we barely left the boat to explore Knoxville. The details of the boat "facade" felt like we were in a real lake house and just made us feel relaxed which is much needed after such a hectic year. Angie, our host, was SOO nice and very professional. She showed us everything we need to know about the houseboat and responded to all of our questions quickly. I can tell that she takes pride in this houseboat and it truly shows. She is definitely a "Superhost" in our books. Thank you so much Angie for such a great experience! We will DEFINITELY be back again and I look forward to another EXCEPTIONAL experience! To whoever is reading this, if you are looking for a place to relax and have an amazing experience, this is the one that you need to book NOW. You will NOT regret it! Definitely worth it! This place is a gem and Angie was amazing. Location was perfect and being on the Tennessee river…. Well we couldn’t ask for more. The boat was clean and beautiful. Perfect spot for our family vacation.

Gorgeous houseboat! We had a delicious stay in Knoxville and we'll definitely be back. Angie was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The only negative was that we didn't have access to the bikes. Other than that, it was perfection!
