Clean, friendly and generally above expectations in every aspect. Even had our own balcony!

For being a brand new hotel, this was a great place to stay! There are obviously some kinks they're still working out (e.g., not all the rooms were ready upon arrival after the stated check-in time, there was some construction mess downstairs and in the elevator), but overall, I would recommend staying here. It's in a great location in Lausanne - very close to the water, walking distance to public transportation, shopping, and several decent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff here are incredible and regularly went out of their way to check in on us, make sure we were having a good stay, and providing information regarding the area. Bonus - it has AC!

This is a very new location that is still partly under construction, as of Jul 2023. Good location but, in my opinion, very much understaffed. The hotel location is only staffed after 12 noon for around 5-6 hours (I remember, unstaffed at night). You need to check in at a nearby hotel. Good budget hotel if price is right, I guess.

Nice and clean hotel in the center of Lausanne. The top floor rooms get very warm during the summer and it is hard to sleep well. I would not recommend the hotel during that period.

Chocolate

An amazing hotel. Perfect location and close to everything, bars, restaurants, shops, museums and train station. The room was fantastic. Very spacious, modern and maintained well. It was spotless clean. The balcony was great with a nice view. Oh, and the Swiss chocolate fountain in the lobby....WOW..what a nice gesture.

They wouldn't honor the free breakfast amenities promised with my reservation. They were fully booked and downgraded my room type rather than upgrade me . . . Long involved confrontstion with desk person. Finally resolved after expedia intervened. I felt abused and disrepected by the hotel!

Stayed here for our last 2 nights in Switzerland. Compared to cost of other hotels, this one was great. Modern, efficient. Staff excellent. Did not do the included breakfast, as it seemed expensive to me compared to that we could do picking up pastries and juice at the Coop which was half a block away. As with most european hotels, beds took up most of the room space, but still was plenty in my opinion to move around with 2 sitting chairs and a table. Didn't care much for the shower having to push every 5-10 seconds the button to keep water running, but that really is a minor quibble. Good location with two metro stops in either direction only about 3 blocks away each to get to the train station or waterfront. In easy walking distance to all the sites and pediastrian shopping/eating options in the old town.

Good location, rooms are small (traveling solo, so it was ok), mini fridge is nice, check in/out no problem. It is on a steep hill, but I managed with a large suitcase. Despite the heat, I didn’t find the room too hot with no ac. No view in my room. Good location for public transport and they provide metro pass. No vibe when I stayed but pubs are walking distance.

Neat hotel with all of the necessities. Location to the central station is a bit far, but well worth the money.

Very basic Room small

There were bugs in my room when I arrived. One live one on the bed, and a dead one which had been caught at the edge of towel which made me think that no-one checks your towels. Hotel Receptionist on duty at approximately 13.30 not very concerned about it and said I could have another room. I had a meeting to go to so very little time but if I had had more time I would have moved to a different hotel. Won't stay with you again or recommend it. Receptionist on duty that evening and the one on duty in the morning were much more professional, helpful and concerned about my stay.

The staff are nice and the hotel is close to the metro station. The room is new and comfortable.

Very basic but got all what you need especially for solo and budget travelers. Good overall.

Stayed overnight as work nearby. Very competent staff, very easy check-in and check-out. No frills but v clean and comfortable.

From the map, it seems to be very near from the train station. However, since this hotel is located in the upper hill, it is very hard to reach.
