Good views, easy access to the mall & taxis. Nice microwave, kettle, & utensils. Good that they have some apps on the TV. Liked having a remote for the aircon & tv! Terrific having a washer! That's why we chose this place. Could a dryer be added under it since they won't allow drying clothes on the balcony?

Space is too small for many suitcases. Aircon is very noisy & aimed at the pillows, so it blows on you all night. Hair in shower drain & bathroom floor drain had not been removed. No extra sheet is provided, so we had to remove the stuffing from the duvet to use the case as a sheet. The stuffing took up valuable floor space.

No breakfast available. For this price, there should have been one.

We choose a late arrival time, but received a message at 10:30 am that our room was ready, so we went to it. It was not ready & they tried to give us a different room that did not look good to us. After waiting for our reserved room, we found the shower curtain had a foot of black mold from the bottom up & walls were slimy. Not enough soap & no toilette paper was available.
