Location is good for Trafford area.
In need of updating but wasn’t expecting much for the money.
When you arrive they make you pay £250 deposit which they say will be returned in 7 days. They will not return it!! They do not reply to messages about it and do not answer the phone. It has been nearly a month now, it appears a lot of other people have had the same problem. I will go to my bank and try to get back that way.

High standard finish. On site team was very supportive. Large room. Location was ideal. The deposit received back in just 2 days.

I ended up sleeping on the street with my kids because of £250 they are requesting for deposit after you pay your room 🙁 couldn’t believe it .Im requesting my money back now

They ask for a deposit for your stay and don’t pay it back after you are finished!
