Great value for money. Location was nearby Kamchia beaches and restaurants (5min drive by car). Place was nice, clean and freshly renovated, host was very friendly and helpful giving lots of tips for shops, restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. :))

Nice stay, we had a budget room (very small room with bathroom) but the bed was big. The location was good, private parking just inside the villa property and nearby there is a small beach (5 mins driving). The owner was nice and accepted our booking evening if we booked one hr later than the latest check-in time. Appreciated!

The bathroom was a bit too small and had a bad smell. The windows were a bit dated and not easy to open, but in general was ok for one night stay.

The host was fantastic, extremely friendly and very helpful. The house is well appointed and nicely furnished. A great villa for a large group of people!

Convenient location, supplied with everything necessary ( kitchen, barbecue, coffee machine, large refrigerator, tables and benches in- and outside). Easy access to all the beaches around ( by car). The host is extremely helpful

I was called by the owner before the check in time, this was a pleasant surprise :-) He was asking where I was and came over within 5 minutes. He is very friendly and super helpful. I like the accommodation it really was better than expected with even a private parking. Everything what you need for a perfect stay was present. I couldn't find a wash machine but maybe it was there. There was a super coffee machine, a super beautiful kitchen, a nice garden where you can sit outside and in the evening there is almost the perfect silence. If you come from a busy city for sure you will like. So a triple A in my book. Thanks :-)

Uhhh, I wouldn't know for us as a family it was perfect, beaches were close by as well, not at walking distance but 10 minutes with a car and I think a 20 minutes with a bike. So we as a family like everything.
