Cozy, elegant, clean rooms, and well decorated, the breakfast was fresh and has variety of food. The hotel & restaurant staff are friendly and polite.
Well located, in a safe part of the city, next to a shopping center and cross the road you can walk to the city attractions
I used the hotel transfer from/to the airport. The driver was waiting for me at the airport and it was a very comfortable and hassle fee ride.
The hotel deserve 5 stars.

Due to low occupancy breakfast was a la carte, but it was tasty and fresh made

Location, staff, especially guys in Restaurant barman and waiter. Also, elderly gentleman in front of hotel who taking care about parking.
Breakfest should be little bit better. And room was small.

Room interior and food
It I was unbelievable loudly from the street. Looks that there is no isolation at all like open window while it was closed. I am very disappointed

Заселялись в отель, когда в городе проходил Фестиваль Вина. Парковочные места были заняты из-за огромного наплыва туристов. Хозяйка отеля Александра приехала(спасибо ей огромное!)и лично помогла нам с парковкой, избавив от лишнего стресса, что свидетельствует о высоком уровне отеля и его клиентоориентированности. Сам отель очень стильный и ухоженный: чувствуется, что собственники любят свое дело. Очень толковый и приветливый персонал. Номер был прекрасен! Интерьер отеля не оставит равнодушным никого. Завтрак в уютном ресторане заведения тоже произвел отличное впечатление. Считаю этот вариант лучшим для размещения в самом центре Кишинева.

Location, staff, the facility is fresh and new
too simple fir 4 stars hotel, they didn’t provide with a body lotion and hair conditioner. I stayed for 3 nights and i was provided with shampoo and show gel only once!

It is very new hotel in relarively quiet location, close to the city center and a park. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly and polite.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, in the center, not far from the train station and near several parks and cozy streets where you can walk.
The breakfasts are excellent, there was a good selection of dishes and everything is always fresh. I liked that even though the restaurant is open only for breakfast so far, the bar is open from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and even if you order something that is not on the menu but has the necessary ingredients, it will be prepared for you without any problems.
I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel and the comfort of the bed. I also liked the interior, in delicate colors that are easy to perceive and do not strain the eyes.
I would also like to mention the hotel staff (both reception and maids, restaurant and bar staff), everyone was friendly and ready to help with any question. So thank you for the comfort and pleasant stay in Chisinau!

Too less facilities in the room. There are even no cup in the toilet for brushing. Also 3 days stay but provide only one bottle of water.

The hotel is very nicely located in the city center. It is an absolutely new hotel, very modern and yet stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean, the beds are great. The team from the hotel supports in all questions, they are very helpful and nice.
