Quaint, cosy, pretty, quiet, spotlessly clean. Can't use enough positive adjectives! What a beautiful little cottage! Small but perfectly equipped with everything needed for a short stay; and in a beautiful country setting - we woke up to partridges outside our window and a field of sheep across the way! Also were given lovely welcome hamper (including delicious home made jam which you can buy at the property). The owner was happy to let us check in late as we were travelling from over 2 hours away after finishing work. When we arrived they had left on a light and left the key for us, so even arriving in a cold dark night the property was pretty and inviting. She also sent us a message to ensure we had the right sat nav instructions/ address to get to the right place. (This was particularly useful for us arriving when it was already dark). We were already familiar with the area, but the welcome folder included lots of information about a good variety of places of interest and nearby places to visit. For us this property was a great location for visiting family and friends for the weekend, but would also be ideal for a short break exploring the local area. Perfectly located to visit Lincoln or Nottingham, or for walking or visiting places of interest. The owner was on site and happy to chat as we left the property each morning (with a very cute dog), but had also left information to either knock or contact by mobile number if there were any issues. We did not have any issues, but got the impression things would have been looked into and quickly solved if there had been anything amiss. This was the perfect location where you felt like you were in a remote hide-away but were not far from, and had easy access to local towns and attractions, or could.spend quiet time away from everything. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED everything about Cosy Cottage! Thank you Denise for providing such a beautiful.

Excellent shower room and comfortable bed. Quiet and bucolic setting beside handsome stone farmhouse. Welcoming guests and very clean accommodation.

A great base for exploring local sights & delights, but if I was tired only outside could I sit comfortably.

Lovely quite location, yet only 8 miles too Lincoln City, we visited the Lincolnshire Life Museum which was free and excellent, and visited the beautiful cathedral. So peaceful at night and lovely and warm, and comfy, bed was exceptional and very clean, could recommend this studio apartment to anyone.

Fabulous spot, great value, lovely room with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed.

Bath towels were a little small for a larger person.

Exactly what we were hoping for: peace in a rural location.

No complaints! It was perfect!

It's a stunning location and Denise was very helpful. Peaceful and quiet great place to get away from the hussle and bussle.

I couldn't fault the room or our stay I would recommend it to all our friends
