We didn’t know Cascais so booking this guest house was almost random but what a fabulous find! The facilities, decor and ambiance are all modern and excellent. The position is good too- close to the station, bus station, market, shops and the beach front and numerous restaurants are a short walk away.
Marco, his wife and staff provide a relaxed but great service. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice to satisfy your needs and a space outside to eat if the weather is good- which it was.

Alojamiento muy bonito, muy muy limpio y cuidado. La habitación triple era muy espaciosa, con camas cómodas y muy tranquilo. Sirven un pequeño desayuno, con productos típicos y de buena calidad que puedes comer fuera en el jardín.
Pudimos dejar el coche dentro y no fue necesario moverlo para ir al centro, en unos ocho minutos andando se llega perfectamente.

amazing location, very helpful host, spacious room with superb cleanness, everything in the walking distance, superb noise isolation and comfort.
property resides in the residential area on a city, so the "view" from the window or balcony is just residential buildings. however, that is just stretching, everything was great

It would be easy just to tick the ‘excellent’ boxes and leave it at that but this place was so much more. Room was spacious, spotless and a really comfortable bed. We had a nice balcony overlooking the garden. Continental breakfast was very good and we enjoyed having it in the outdoor space.The property is in a residential area so restful and quiet but 10 minutes from the train and bus stations. We used the train and bus for day trips to Sintra and towns along the coast. No car required for this trip. Everywhere easily accessible with a long coastal walkway to Estoril. We highly recommend.

It is a great location, in my opinion, for a balance of quietness and convenience. Even though Cascais train station is a 5-minute walk away and the city center of Cascais is only a 10-minute walk away, I was very happy to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was very simple and clean. No problems with showers or toilets.
Car Parking also available also very good point even if very near center of City area.
Breakfast also very simple but good taste and lineup.
The only drawback is that you hear the shower and toilet use noise in the other rooms very well. The noise at night is bothersome.

The strategic location strikes a perfect balance between proximity to Cascais' activity and peaceful nighttime quietness. The hosts Marco and His Wife Sandra were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing a personal touch to the comfortable and well-equipped room, secure access to gated parking made for a truly enjoyable stay, and an overall positive experience made for an ideal stay.

Everything was great!
Other guests were so noisy and rude coming in really late and making such a racket even though the house rules stated to be quiet but that doesn’t take away the great stay we had!

The owner and all the staff were so pleasant and helpfull, rooms were super clean, and neat. Big recommendation for this villa, and for the effort of all the staff that will make your stay in Cascais more comfortable.

Marco and his wife were great hosts, and went out of their way to be helpful, for example with allowing an early check-in, providing extra blankets on request and offering tips on what to see and where to shop. Breakfast was also very good. Location was excellent as well, close to shopping and the beach. Highly recommend, would book again.
Minor point, but the WiFi was sometimes flaky and the connection would drop every little while. This may well have been an issue limited to where we were located as we had the outermost room.

Beautiful property in a great location, owned and run by very friendly and helpful hosts! The property has been renovated to a very high standard and the attention to detail is admirable; everything from the "Rituals" products in the bathroom, to the lead crystal glasses at breakfast was classy and professional. Our room was was extremely comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The personal welcome was much appreciated as was the provision of excellent parking and key- coded access to all areas.

The room was very comfortable. It was sizable for Europe, good amount of space. It was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful!! You can’t beat the location. It’s close to the business of Cascais, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. The staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was included and gated which was ideal for us as well.

Located near the center of Cascais but it is a quiet area!
From the building to the cutlery, all were stylish and in perfect condition.
The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable.
You feel totally safe, it s a feeling that you have as soon as you pass the main gate.
The breakfast is very good and it has a very good variety of fruits too.
The staff is helpful and kind.
And of course everything is very very clean.
Definetely we will come again when we come another time to Cascais!

Perfect location. Just a couple minutes walk into the heart of Cascais, but far enough to have a quiet nights rest. Rooms were chic with lots of space. Beautiful gardens and patio area. Marco and Sandra were very kind and accommodating. We will be back!
