The building was good and location is very nice, the room was with AC, geyser, TV was fully equipped also has balcony and enough space. Key was easily accessible. so overall the thing are very good.

Room was big but not clean, Bed was broken, and too much of food particles lying on the bed which i clean myself, The electric induction was not working, utensils was unclean and the housekeeper didn't turn up in 6 days to clean my room, room was dusty all around. even I called the owner mr. Kalesh to give the feedback. the cleaner Mr. Shailendra was fake and liar every time i use to call him said doing karta hoon and never turned up. the house keep came only once to clean the room but didn't do anything and lied to me. i really had a sleepless night because my floor has full of dust and unclean i bought a broom myself and cleaned it. very disappointing towards cleanliness and service. Infact am continuing my stay next to it in Dcorbiz hotel as my work is extended for next 0 days. My only concern was that if the room was neat and clean i would have preferred to stay for next 10 days. and i really like the location as well as the room size but only the cleanliness and service was not given so disappointed.

Nothing, the rooms were not prepared and lacked basic amenities (towel, soap, tissue paper, toilet roll etc) I was charged more than what was reflected on the booking.com app

rooms could have been presentable, the AC was already working on a fixed temperature regardless of the temperature you choose from the remote

Nothing, worst stay ever.

Do not book this property. One of the most unhygienic place I ever stayed. There were cockroaches in the room, AC was leaking water inside the room, bedsheets had white stains, mat was all dirty. I booked for 2 days but had to cut my stay short and book another property. I even raised this with booking.com and owner agreed to return but now he is lying to booking that he had returned my money in cash which I never received!
