Staff were friendly, amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast was the best. Best coffee and pho soup in Hanoi. Tram was fantastic in organising our trips. She listened to what we wanted. Anh from reception was exceptional, she went above and beyond her job to help us.

I had an incredible stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations, especially thanks to the attentive and genuinely caring staff who went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, though sound could occasionally carry from nearby rooms – but it didn’t affect my experience much. The location was perfect, and the facilities were top-notch, making it an ideal retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless stay – the hospitality here truly stands out!

Breakfast was amazing, staff were super friendly and helpful and they held our bags for us while we did the ha giang loop. Also we had a hot stone massage here, the whole experience was one of the best we’ve had. Happy hour also is a great deal
The pool was small and there is not lounge chair access to sun bath or lie down.

The hotel is very narrow, so everything is narrow, including the rooms and the restaurant. The entrance is a bit unpleasant, we arrived late and it took us a moment to realize where the hotel was. We asked for triple room, however one of the beds was not as comfortable as the other 2, apparently is an additional bed.

El personal, desayuno y piscina, así como el personal del spa. Muy atentos y simpáticos todos. Nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde sin problemas, usar la piscina y todo fue muy agradable y sencillo. Gracias por todo, ojalá podamos volver a vernos.
Solo un ascensor llega a la última planta de los dos que hay y a veces hay que esperar demasiado, pero es por decir algo porque todo estaba genial. Felicidades por el hotel que mantienen.

It is rare to find such highly professional and dedicated staff who will do anything to help.
I had an issue with the taxi taking me to the airport in the early hours of the morning, staff member Duc was great, he made sure that all issues were solved and I got to the airport in time, he was brilliant.
In addition I was a given a breakfast pack to take with me to eat later.
All staff deserve the very best and I wish them all success in their careers.

It is a small almost boutique style hotel which we believe was an apartment complex before. The pool was a neat touch but is located literally between the buildings - no views or inviting surroundings. Breakfast was good, but not extraordinary. Comfy beds with nice bedding. English speaking staff. Location is kind of nice, in the middle of a busy area if this is what you are looking for, go for it.
Although quite new, already used in parts. For Vietnam and Hanoi, both room prices and restaurant/bar prices are on the upper edge which makes us try a different one next time. Food quality at breakfast was a bit mediocre for a 5-star hotel. Rooms a bit small.

We were lucky enough to have one of the suites and it was amazing. So much space and a fabulous covered al fresco outdoor patio. The staff were all attentive.
For a suite, the bath could have been deeper and wider, especially considering the space around it. You couldn't completely be covered by water. Apart from that everything was fabulous.

The hotel is located in the old quarter near the lake, there are many interesting things nearby. Checking into a room was an example of hospitality. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are not only very professional, but also really want to help. Everything you need is in the room which is cozy and clean. Breakfast is varied and delicious. We left with the best impressions.

The staff is the best thing the hotel has. Good location if you want to stay in the center of the city but old quarter is very chaotic, if you like quite this wouldn't be the place for you. The room was clean, big and comfortable.
More options for international travels, the breakfast is mainly vietnamese.

Good buffet breakfast with range of selections. Very clean rooms and facilities. A heated pool for the colder seasons. Gym with sufficient equipment. AMAZING location with convenient access to nearby tourist attractions, food and shopping on foot, all within ~5-30mins. Unparalleled staff hospitality and service. Main staff also spoke fluent English and Vietnamese.

The service was impeccable! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, including preparing an early takeaway breakfast when we had an early transport. The space was lovely and they upgraded us at no additional cost, and left us with a nice gift when we left the next morning.
The space was smaller than expected, but everything else was absolutely lovely. The swimming pool is more located inside, and does not have lounging space and is surrounded by concrete walls.

This has got to be the best luxury boutique hotel in Hanoi. Highly recommended.
Rooms are incredibly new and clean.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. And special thanks to the manager, Quan for recommending going to the train cafe, that’s one of the biggest highlights of Hanoi.

Frokosten var veldig bra. Kundeservice på dette hotellet var sykt bra! Fra resepsjon til frokost på morgenen de ansatte var veldig behjelpelig og pratsom. Dette var vår favoritt hotell etter å ha bodd på 5 forskjellige hoteller i Vietnam denne ferien! Bassenget er varmet og veldig avslappende!

We loved everything about our stay at La Siesta. We stayed at this one and La Siests Ma May. Both are absolutely fantastic! The service is so warm and friendly, they have a way of making everyone feel special! Highly recommend!
