It was amazing so we're thinking on doing a stay there around Christmas time also

The stay was good. The bed and room were comfortable. The girl that helped us check in was impatient and wasn’t very hospitable. She over talked me, as we checked in simply by me asking a question about my other family members possibly getting a room next to ours. She was very uncomfortable to talk to.

Room and property is clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect place to stay if your going to a concert or event at Findlay Toyota Center we walked it was perfect.

The AC was broken and kept screaming everytime it was turned on, the shower was dirty and still had the previous person's hair on the wall and their beaded body was on the shower wall too. 170$ a night for a dirty room.... was not impressed.

Dirty, musty smelling room. 20 year old low definition TV with limited channels. I could go on and on….just don’t stay there.

We stayed in the bottom floor.. they booked a family upstairs children jumping up and down running back and fort extremely disrespectful of down stairs guest.. they should never book families with children upstairs.. took over 20 minutes to have hotel to tell family to calm down.. they did not offer us another room although other rooms were available. Husband went to get water in office… Hotel reservations person talking on personal phone talking about sexual stuff in the middle of her shift. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.. what if a child came in with there family.., never will go there again! Do not advise!

Nothing to rave about, but suited our needs for a quick one night stay. I thought it was a bit pricey for what we got, but suspect the price was more than it normally would be because of a concert we attended nearby. If you come home later in the day or at night there is a good chance there will be no parking spaces near your room. It was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable, and having breakfast included was nice so we could just eat, check out and hit the road.

Our stay coincided with major remolding, The staff were all friendly & very helpful. Our room was not one of the remolded rooms but was still clean and well maintained. Only shortcoming was Wi-Fi was poor but usable for simple searches and such. (that was all we needed) The front was aware of the issue and it was part of the ongoing improvements. Overall we will be staying here again.

Our air conditioner was broken and the coffe maker was gross.

The room was great but booking was difficult because we had 3 kids under 18. Ages 2, 7, and 10 and trying to book a room big enough for all of us was difficult. We just stayed one night for the Rodeo and didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep and shower. Room was clean but very dated. It is close to the events and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely friendly, room was very clean. Breakfast was decent with waffles, cereal, pastries eggs and sausage. Eggs were powdered and the sausage a little rubbery, but upside is Dennys is right across the parking lot. The AC was great in the room, and there was a good refrigerator and microwave in the room, along with a kuerig. The only negatives i would give about the room would be due to the bedframe, the mattress was lumpy. The bed didn't have a box spring, and was on top of a platform frame, which made the springs push up to cause pressure points. Outside of that, it was a great stay and would absolutely stay again.

I just spent a few days at the hotel while I was in town for work, and I've already booked the next weekend or two as I come back. Lucas is doing a great job keeping the breakfast stocked up and fresh. I needed an extra blanket and it was so easy to text in the concierge service and they were very responsive! Overall, I recommend and plan to stay there again.

Green tree great service came following morning to ask if we needed anything and gave us new towels and changed our sheets. Great breakfast also!!!
