Stayed here after the Grand Canyon and was very pleased with our room. We had a lot of room so my kids could play a little after being in the car and my mom had the pull out to herself and was comfier than most she said. Had a small table to eat at and free WiFi that was actually good. We woke up too late for the breakfast but had a ton of dining within walking distance for dinner when we got there and breakfast the next morning. Customer service was friendly and the coffee was actually good for a hotel with actual flavored creamers. Quiet room but sink was in the room so couldn’t use the light when everyone was still asleep and the shower took me longer to figure out to get hot water than to actually take a shower. Pool was outside and dark so kids couldn’t use after dinner so maybe some more lights would be a good idea to instal. But definitely overall pleased

The room was beautiful and clean. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again. If I had a suggestion for an improvement it would be to put a couple of benches by the front door, away from the smoking benches for people to wait for their rides.

A nice Hampton

Was a comfortable place, clean and breakfast was great. Didn't like that they did not clean the room everyday

Rooms are older so there was no USB ports for charging. You will need a outlet charger to charge your device(s)

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very decent.

Pros-Staff was friendly, convenient location to walk to just about anything, breakfast was wonderful with more choices than most hotels, room was spacious. Cons-I don’t like the bulk amenities in bathrooms and the lotion was empty. The pool looked nice my granddaughter got in however the hot tub was disgusting, mold growing around the top edge and nasty ‘stuff’ in the bubbles and peeling off the edge. Definitely needed cleaned for a while.

The door to the room would not lock so we had to change rooms. Glad we double checked the door when we were leaving for dinner.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. However, it was loud at night with cars and motorcycles. The room had only 1 chair that was a desk chair. It would be nice for rooms to have at least 2 comfortable chairs or a sofa.

Checkin is at 3pm, I went in at 2:30 and was told our room was not ready until 3pm. Okay. I went in at 3pm and there was a line because their computers were down. Okay.
