I arrived at the hotel, and I was told that there was no vacancy available, even though I had booked the room. I was set up in another hotel, further away from the station, and the experience was awful. Dirty, dirty and dirty.

Not a single thing.

Hotel staff behind the desk at night doesn't know how to talk to it's customers. Very bad mannered. Room full of bugs and too unpleasant smelly. Geyser doesn't works. Linens and wall dirty. Mattress are too thin and cause backpain

Very professional people and service was great. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definately recommend people to stay here.

Hotel is good, located in naka chworaha, only seven hundreds meters from Lucknow junction, aminabad market is only one km from here.
