Clean, modern, everything you need. Helpful landlady. Located in housing estate, very quiet. A great location if you like sightseeing in the area. To have the use of a washing machine is very useful.

Friendly hosts, very welcoming. Exceptionally tidy, the rooms were light and airy. Very comfortable stay.

There was nothing I disliked

Very comfortable bed, very clean throughout. Liked the fresh flowers. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. Fresh milk and water in the fridge.

It was quite a new venture for the landlords, who were very welcoming and pleasant but there were a few teething problems. No waste bins, hairdryer or TV, but they did explain the reasons and apologised. A bedside table and lamp would be nice. I am sure it will all come together for them soon and wish them luck. I would certainly stay there again.

The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom and a lovely kitchen. Pedmore very nice and quiet and daria were lovely people just need to add a tv in the room but very nice and clean would definitely stay again

Just no tv everything else was fantastic but it has just been refurbished awaiting the tv

It was good bedroom/bathroom/kitchenette scenario for an overnight stay.
