On arrival its pleasantly decorated and modern, acsess was easy and its a quite building with warm heating which is ideal for the winter months. Its a great location with Aldi being opposite for quick convenient shopping. Its cosy and had plentlt of cutlery. Great communication with host. Easy to pick up they keys!! Smart TV with access to netflix and prime Ect. I would stay here again but unfortunately as listed below there are a few issues I encountered.

When I arrived the place wasn't clean, the tables had bits of rubbish over them and stained marked not wiped down, there was half a cut drinking straw on the TV table that looked like someone had used it to sniff drugs from. The carpet by the kitchen bin had white bits all over it and a plastic bit of rubbish on the floor, the toilet bin had dirty tissues in so this was not empty, the rug in the living room is heavily yellow stained for the sake of £20 for a new one can easily be replaced. The mattress is very very uncomfortable you can feel all the springs through it which is a shame, making a sleepless night due to being uncomftable and a new mattress yoy can replace as a reasonable price. The white bed sheets had a blood stain on them I could tell they were clean but they were stained. There was no bin bags provided or tea towels which would have been a nice touch especially essentials. This apartment could have some TLC done to it which really isn't all that costly, its ashame that its not very well maintained on the cleanliness as I would make this a regular stay as there is also some positives to the place as I work in Dudley often and this would be very convenient for me, it would also help to be left with the WiFi code.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting
