What hotel? Where? No signs and lame directions. This is apparently for the phone-in-the-face generation, not the tech-weak boomers. Place is nice once you figure it out.

The property was very well maintained and conventiently located to everything. We were able to walk and enjoy the great energy of the city

I loved being able to stay somewhere that included a washer/dryer and full kitchen for the same price as a hotel room. But not having a front desk means not having extras if needed. I went through the supplied coffee and creamer in the first two days. If there had been two of us, we would not have had enough. There was only a set of four dishes, making the dishwasher unnecessary.

Location was excellent for the baseball park. We did not use the amenities, but we passed through and they looked fantastic. The only downside was the horrible smell coming from the trash dumpster in the garage. It was overrun with trash. The smell permeated into the elevator. Otherwise, the stay was great.

The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. But the instructions to find, access, park etc were confusing to me and we found ourselves very unwelcome by the residents below us (have a toddler who is heavy footed). That said, Mint management were easy to work with to change rooms and right the situation.

The place is great. The living, sleeping and bathroom areas are clean. Walking distance to a lot of great sights and activities. There is a full kitchen with clean, working appliances. There’s is also a patio with chairs that we enjoyed late into the evening. We loved your stay there. As for finding the place… It must be a secret!! I don’t blame them though! Better, more detailed instructions will make the total experience a five + star experience!

Apartment was very nice and large. Location was excellent given we were attending a Greenville Drive game. Short walking distance to restaurants and downtown.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. I love the location and the complex is so nice with a beautiful pool area. Everything was very quiet. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, as expected, though. Thai main bed is very comfortable

The property is beautiful & very clean. I did not like the fact I had to agree to a background, scan my license & take a selfie for a one night stay. No clear signage in parking deck. The TV nor internet worked. The stick to close blinds in master bedroom is so short I had to get a chair & climb to close the blinds.

The location of the Mint House was amazing. Downtown was in walking distance and there was plenty around to do. The apartment was very spacious as well. The area was very quiet and peaceful. However, the walls in the apartment are very thin and you can hear everything. The property is huge and is like a maze. Depending on where your room is, be prepared to walk a great deal to and from. The room numbers are oddly numbered too. But overall it’s a great property and I would stay again.

The place was spotless, literally seemed brand new. The bed was perfect, so comfortable. Everything needed in the kitchen and so clean.
Parking was overpriced. Normal parking at the lot is half the price offered here, in case you only need to leave your car through the day. Arrival was tricky. The address given is not the actual address and the place is called Douglas, not Mint House, where one enters by car off Vardry. This would have been helpful to know.
Other than that smal frustration, and the noise from the high school entrance early in the morning, the construction and train tracks, it was a very nice stay. Cleanliness was unmatched.

This property was hard to identify at night because Mint House is not very visible. We relied strictly on the address but entered rather warily. Parking & ingress/egress instructions could have been clearer but it was a great place to stay. Love the apartment feel & will definitely look at staying at another Mint House.

The property and area was wonderful! Perfect walking distance to all things downtown Greenville and a great space for my family of four. My only complaint was the check-in process. The app did not work and I had to wait on hold and for instructions (not great when it’s late and the kids are exhausted). Other than the check-in issues we will most certainly stay again!

The apartment was beautiful and clean! Absolutely perfect, the property is super safe and secure! The only minor issue was the noise from construction. But that’s obviously out of their control. I think it was occurring in another unit. The location is close to plenty of things to do as well!

Nice clean space, had everything I needed. Check in was a bit awkward, but no issue getting in. Problem was sleeping - location is directly beside train track. So between the 1:30 train whistles and the 3:30 trash pick-up, it was a poor nights rest. Carry a very loud noisemaker and you’ll be ok
