Location and cleanliness

The property was nice and quiet mostly. The room looked the same as the pictures. I enjoyed my stay. I will return most likely.

Cleanliness needs some focus especially in the bathroom, it had been a while since the shower cubical had been cleaned. Bed dipped in the middle, it needed repaired or replaced. Bathroom needed hand soap.

Love the location, easy access to Malacca Town and Pantai Klebang. No need to go through the jam near the city area. Amenities in the residence is quite good, my kids enjoyed the swimming area but advisable to go there not during the school holidays as it will packed of kids in the pool.

The room, it wasn't up to my expectation. From what i see online and what i get is totally the opposite. The design, layout totally different. The toilet also have this strong sewage smell. Need to do something about the lift too. My second day when my family wanted to go out, we have to wait for at least 30 mins to go down as all the lift is always full.

Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, um einige Tage hier angenehm zu verbringen, denn ein großes Schwimmbad sowie der Fitnessraum der Wohngemeinschaft durften mitbenutzt werden. In der Nachbarschaft findet man viele kleine Restaurants.

Die Aussicht wurde durch ein weiteres Hochhaus verstellt.

Nice view, easy to access, and about 10mins drive from Jonker Street.

The toilet has a little bad smell, but still acceptable.

La vue La chambre immense, moderne et bien équipée La piscine Les équipements pour les enfants . Un mini waterpark rien que pour eux ! Self check-in via WhatsApp très simple à suivre.

Tout était parfait. Je mettrais même plus si je pouvais ... Dommage, nous ne sommes resté qu'une seule nuit

The entire unit is super clean and comfy with 2 bedrooms. Toilet is clean. Its totally worth the money compared to my other stay in melaka. Suitable for parents who want to spend times with kids they have pool for kids activities.

Very good location with many nearby eateries. Clean and value for money. Staff was very responsive to my queries. Check in was easy

The room was super spacious and had many bathrooms so it is convenient for family of 4 or more maybe. Shower pressure super good. Like under waterfall 🤣 good they have a mart below and I think they gonna open some arcade soon

Nice size, comfortable

Everything looks the same as photos, and all functions well. The bed was comfy for me, sea view unit was a plus point. Wi-Fi speeds are stable, free Netflix. Satisfied with the host and deposit refund speed. I will come back and stay here again the next time I visit Melaka.

Lift waiting time is a bit slow during checkout time. The traffic light in front of the apartment is too quick, during peak hours have to wait 3-4 rounds only can be passed the road.

I love all of it! The room is super aesthetic and lain daripada yang lain as this were our first time experienced staying at bilik macam ni, so nice! You guys should come here.

Nothing much to complain. Only few things here but this is not a bad review, it just my opinion: I think you should provide a toothbrush/toothpaste and so on because not everyone bring theirs and at least you should provide yk a packet of coffee i guess. That’s all.

The property is spacious and nice view

The cups is dirty. No dry cloth provided at kitchen basin. The pot provided totally cannot use for cooking. I will suggest don't provide. The sofa got oil stain. Pay for cleaning cost but not as clean as expected.

New apartment that is well maintained with basic facilities. Pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable with nice sea view. Good value for money. The management service is good and fast This is my second stay and will come back for future visits.

Not much except for minor issues like lack of hooks for hanging clothes.

The property management request for personal ID to be send via social media was unacceptable as I feel unsafe to release my personal information to unknown person. They can check my personal ID while check in but NOT thru social media. Some small issue that can be improve such as cloth hanger in bath room, bigger rubbish bin, hand towel, bottle drinking water for guess

No rubbish bin at the elevator area, someone left soiled diapers in the area and the whole area was smelly
