Noisy neighbour above but still rate property 10 /10

Apartment matched the photos and really was comfy and cozy.

It could be a bit better stocked when it comes to cutlery in the kitchen. More toilet paper would have been appreciated as we were there for just under a week

Between January and February I stayed at this delightful apartment on two separate occasions, my third stay in less than a year. For me, it has become a home away from home, with a good-sized kitchen, comfortable bedroom, nice shower room and nice living spaces. The host is accommodating and willing to assist with complicated logistics (for me personally entailing intercontinental travel and drastic changes in temperature from tropical to cold winter even at this time of year). Nowadays some health challenges prevent me from staying in hotel rooms and eating cold food. I must cook all of my own food and for me staying in an apartment with a fully functioning kitchen is worth the extra cost when compared to a cold and drab hotel room. There is an array of shops and coffee shops within walking distance of the apartment and the metro station is barely 5 minutes away. Happy to recommend this place for its many highlights.

Cleaning could be improved upon.

The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable. So much nicer than a hotel stay and amazing location for access to central London / Twickenham / Heathrow. Host Joshua is super nice. Would definitely stay again.

Reservei o flat pro 2 pessoas eu e meu namorado, sendo que eu cheguei as 14h e meu namorado às 11 da noite! O proprietário ficou espionando agente pela câmera só pode e resolveu chamar a polícia! Não quis que meu namorado dormisse no apartamento, sendo que reservei pra 2 pessoas! Ainda inventou uma história pros polícias “virem mais rápido “ que eu e meu namorado agredimos ele” sendo que o checking foi feito online, eu nunca vi esse cara na minha vida! Ou seja o proprietário preparou uma armadilha para roubar o meu dinheiro e passar o apartamento pra frente! Irei entrar com um processo contra o proprietário!!! Ladrao exijo meu dinheiro de volta! Os policiais mandaram eu deixar o apartamento e tivemos que gastar mais dinheiro com hotel!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Such a beautiful apartment, the décor and layout is stunning. The apartment was immaculately clean, with a beautiful fresh scent in the air. The bedsheets were amazing to sleep on, freshly ironed and were so fresh and clean, We really enjoyed the lounge, with a huge smart TV and reclining sofas, which was a perfect wind down coming off our long flight. The apartment has everything you could want. A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, with utensils, cups, plates, microwave, toaster and kettle with cleaning and washing up equipment provided. The bathroom had more than enough towels for us and has a rain shower which was so nice after our long flight. Check-in instructions were very clear and even though we checked in at 1am we had no issues at all. The locks are keyless and our code was texted to us before our arrival so we didn't have to worry about collecting keys or losing them! The apartment is very well located, just 10 minutes from Heathrow and 20 minutes to central London, also being only 2 minutes from the tube station so it was a perfect stop off coming from a long flight. This is my new favourite place to stay when coming to London!

The apartment was very clean - located a few minutes walk from the tube station with excellent facilities nearby - restaurants/pubs/food outlets/shops. The location and access details were provided swiftly on confirmation of booking with no hassle, clear instructions were given of how to get to and into the property. The apartment was a perfect stop off between London and Heathrow Airport.

The kitchen though clean and functional - could have been better equipped, other than 4 cups and a few items of cutlery, there were no pots/cooking/cleaning equipment. A few plates would have been a nice addition and maybe a couple of glasses and a dishcloth/washing up liquid.
