Location and weekend activity at the pool. There was a pool party with free food and floats and good music. The balcony was facing the poolside. Clean and cute. The movie streaming was available. The cleaning crew was there on the dot of checkout. Nice lady.

The washer was an all in one washer and dryer. If you wanted to wash clothes before checkout on a quick cycle it would have taken 6 hours if not longer. Because there was no notification of the all in one washer and dryer combo I left with wet clothes. There went any wash cloths which were not provided. I wasn’t aware initially until I contacted customer service . I’ve stayed at Air B N Bs and they provide wash clothes and small sample soaps if needed. I wasn’t expecting to provide my own so it was an inconvenience to purchase some however there was a CVS within walking distance downstairs.

Location is good. Building is nice.

Felt like a frat apt - 2 beds crammed in 1 room with no other furniture; nowhere to put clothes; no luggage racks. Lighting terrible and hard to see; no oven mitts; 4 forks (sleeps 6); towels were wet and rolled up on the beds; dryer took 4 hours to dry 3 towels; blinds slats missing so light shining g in bedroom all night; can't adjust temperature (not in listing); no washcloths. Would NOT stay here again nor recommend it. First they offered to replace the towels. The next morning, said they would not be bringing dry, fresh towels. But offered to help us with the dryer - via text. Terrible customer service.
