Superb property, amazing views, all the things you need for a great holiday.

Clean spacious and very comfortable

Blue Rock is as good, if not better than the photos. A huge property with ample space in all areas and fully equipped with everything you could need in a home from home. Having multiple parking spaces, was handy when things got busy. Parwin & the team ensured everything was perfect and spotless for our arrival. Located within minutes walk of St Ives town, harbour, multiple beaches and the coastal footpaths, with fantastic views. The rail station is also located a few minutes walk and provides 5 adults and a dog return to Penzance for only £17.75 in total, St Michaels Mount is a short ride or an hours walk from Penzance station. OK, we timed it wrong and got slightly wet feet on our return along the causeway. An excellent break in a one of a kind holiday home

Well worth the five stars in every category. The house photos don't lie, the space, location, views (sea & St Ives) are exceptional making the most of even poor weather days. All appliances, furniture and provided sheets, towels etc were in keeping with the luxury feel. The layout is super over three floors making sleep comfortable on the lower floor, master bedroom on middle floor with the kitchen & family room/dining/large entrance hall. Then to top it all a large upper floor room with 180 degree views of St Ives, beach, whole extended bay, Godrevy lighthouse & beach, Mexico's beach , Gwithian/Towans beach and a sea horizon that goes on for ever. Although the weather wasn't the warmest (March), the house is cosy and the external areas (terraced garden & patio and balcony) look so-so good. Communication and care provided by Parwin Summers (owner) is second to none, plus the supporting team in St Ives ensure the house is squeaky clean as well as on hand to support. We had a brilliant stay with easy although hilly access to so many good places to eat and spend time within a short 5-10 min walk of the front door. The closest beach (5min walk) is also exceptional and only a 30 min walk to Carbis bay along the scenic coastal path with plenty on offer there, not least the sea views. Beautiful property but if I had of had the contract before I paid in full I would have cancelled, spent the whole holiday worrying about not letting the dog in the living room especially when house is open plan not dog friendly . So many rules on the contract could not relax.

Excellent quality property with amazing sea views. Perfect location for the beach and access to the town

Beautiful and comfortable house with amazing views of St Ives bay. We saw dolphins, gannets, guillemots and numerous other birds at sea from the windows. It is in a fantastic location, in walking distance of numerous gorgeous beaches and the harbour. We ate out most nights and didn’t eat a less than very good meal.

A beautiful house with a vast amount of space. The views from the living room on the top floor are amazing, if a little bright on sunny days! This house has everything you should need and the owners are quick to reply should you need to know anything else. Cannot recomend enough 😀

Six adults, all with high expectations and Blue Rock didn’t disappoint in any way. It is a beautiful house with parking, location was perfect for us for walking, catching the trains and buses for coastal walks and for St Ives itself. There are beautiful views to St Ives harbour and across to Godrevy. We watched seals and dolphins on several occasions from the sitting room. The deck was lovely for coffee/lunch outside, even in February! Everything we needed or wanted was provided and we all wanted to stay longer!

The process was so straightforward, Parwin was really helpful and checked in to makes sure our queries were answered. The accommodation was amazing, beautiful views, well presented and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We were lucky enough to have the best January weather and we even saw pods of dolphins a couple of times. Highly recommend this property.

Blue Rock is an amazing house with stunning views . Very well equipped, it’s like home from home, and kept to a very high standard. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of St Ives , with it’s beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. Fell in love with St Ives and Cornwall . We have already booked to go again to Blue Rock next year!!

a bit surprised one of the two bathrooms was en suite...great for us two but tuff on the other 5 (unless we were feeling generous) great lounge with great view. well equipped kitchen...even a bluetooth speaker. great, quiet location in st ives as long as you can handle a climb back up. 5 mins to start of shops. overall very good place for a family holiday

I am always one for picking holes in things or finding fault, but for the first time ever that was not possible when it came to the quality of this property and what it has to offer. Our first U.K holiday (forced upon us by Covid) but will now not be the last. St Ives will be on our list for next year, but only if we can stay in the same house. Well done to the owners for providing such a luxury property at a very reasonable price.

We had the most lovely week in St Ives in a dream property with wonderful views you never got tired off, less then 10 minutes walk to the beach (often visited by seals), in a quiet yet central location with easy access to the town centre. What a brilliant holiday it was with everything at hand you could want. Thanks also for the extras on arrival, it made us feel so welcome. We ll be back soon.

What a wonderful property to stay in when visiting St Ives. I was looking forward to staying here and I wasn’t disappointed. It was exactly as described and furnished to a very high standard. We loved sitting on the deck for breakfast and chilling at night in the lounge. The location is perfect, very close to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. Parking outside was definitely handy. I would happily recommend this to my friends and family and would stay here again if I came back to Cornwall. The welcome gift of Prosecco and chocolates was much appreciated and put to good use

This was a beautiful property to come to to recharge ... especially lovely having not been out of our hometown since before the lockdown in March. It is a well equipped house with amazing views and the best thing was being able to walk into St Ives and to the beach so easily (5 mins). Thank you Parwin

The house was very well presented, in a fab location with parking which is such a bonus in St Ives, well equipped kitchen and excellent facilities, down to a dog bowl! Would highly recommend.

Blue Rock is a fantatsic property, that allowed us as a mixture of family and friends to enjoy our week in the magnificent St Ives. We have stayed in St Ives plenty of times before but Blue Rock is the best property we have stayed in by a country mile. The views from every window on the ground and first are purely stunning. Book this property and you will have a fantastic break.

Great week at Blue Rock-great space and worked well for 3 generations. Beautiful views and St Ives is gorgeous to walk around. Lovely dog walks too.

Could not fail to like this property, very well equipped, spacious and comfortable for our family of seven The views are stunning and location was good for walking into St. Ives. Only minor concern we had was that shower in ensuite was slow to drain. Will definitely put Blue Rock on our list for returning to St.Ives.
