We had an excellent experience at this property. It is very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. It was also pretty quiet and fit our large family well. It really is a perfect location. Everything is a short walk… and getting on the trams is easy. We had a very early train and taxis were readily available at 5am. The only issue we had was the internet connection wasn’t very good.

This apartment was super cute, my daughters loved the colors and decor. It was in a perfect location for walking around Old Town and very clean. My issues began when we were trying to get kids to bed and there wasn’t any bedding for the couches like it said in the instructions. We messaged the host and heard nothing back. We ended up taking blankets from the other beds to make it work. The next morning we were using WhatsApp again to try to get in touch with the host (because that’s what their instructions said to do). We were trying to find out if we could leave our luggage in the apartment for an extra 10 minutes past checkout because a tour we had booked was cutting it close. We had tried to just put it all in the rental car before the tour, but hadn’t realized that the parking garage didn’t open in time and the gates were locked so we could get in. Anyway…once again….zero response from the hosts. Their checkout instructions had been clear that the key code to get in wouldn’t work after the 10:00 checkout time. Since we couldn’t get ahold of them we had to hurry back like crazy, with two little kids, and just made the 10:00 deadline to grab our luggage. The apartment was great, and the location was great, and the place was very clean…but we were so frustrated with the lack of communication I don’t think we would stay again.
