Me and my children and my little dog stayed here from 3rd August to 10th August 2024 and we loved it, the van was lovely and clean , the beds were very comfortable the location of the van made it more private … the decking was lovely and perfect having a dog with us was lovely to be able to have a cuppa on the decking and be able to chill whilst the children played beside it on the grass… I would definitely recommend this van and I would love to stay here again …

Boiler in caravan kept displaying an fault code causing problems with hot water. We were not advised that there was a barrier to get into our area of the holiday park, we didn't have a code so asked at reception. We were told to press the buzzer for reception to be let in. First time this worked OK, second time there was no answer so we eventually tried the buzzer for the park warden and was let in. Third time there was no answer on either buzzer for approx 5 mins so I went to find a member of security in the club house. They tried to contact the park warden with not success so it was a case of go back and keep trying the buzzer. After another 5 minutes of trying we were eventually let in!
