Loved this place. We had interconnected rooms, the rooms were spacious, immaculate and the bathrooms, especially the showers, were lovely. There’s a private secluded beach directly across the road, beautiful sand and clear water. We deliberately chose accomodation away from Hồi An centre and we’re really glad we did. Far more peaceful away from it all. The staff were lovely and spoke good English. They were always happy to help, advise you on where to go and what to see. Couple of lovely restaurants right next door too which was a bonus. There’s also a mini mart behind the hotel which was really handy.

Friendly, helpful, and kind staff. There are lovely sea views and a quiet location: comfortable rooms and beds, excellent housekeeping. The food was good and reasonably priced. It is near restaurants and convenience stores—great Wi-Fi for online meetings. The Larger room was excellent.

I moved rooms a few times because I extended, so I didn't much like the smaller rooms. However, I really like the larger room. The rooms could do with updating and checking the decoration, but it was a great value for the price.

We had a room with perfect ocean view for an unbelievable price. The ocean and private beach are right across the street. The service level was way higher then expected and I even have had worse service in 5 star Hotels. The breakfast was delicious. Definitive recommendation

There was a bad smell from the shower sink. We had to seal it with soaked Toilette paper. Hotel stuff, please clean the drain.

Wirklich so gut wie alles, das Zimmer ist schön und sauber. Vorallem das Personal ist super lieb. Frühstück war fantastisch. Bequemes Bett und Kissen. Strandnähe war sehr angenehm, war den ganzen Tag draußen.

Die Lüftung im Bad, es roch etwas komisch ggf. Schimmel. Das ging aber dann, als ich sie nicht mehr eingeschaltet habe. Der Pool war etwas ungemütlich, da direkt neben der Straße.

Gut für ein paar Tage, direkt gegenüber vom Strand (Liegen vorhanden), Zimmer gut!

The elevator to enable easy access to higher floors. Great healthy breakfast options. The staff - particularly Mia. Mia went out of her way to help us when we arrived late into Vietnam with little knowledge of available food options and access to money changing facilities. The beds were great. Firm but not hard.

The TV in the room was not a Smart TV. So unfortunately no streaming or casting from mobile phone.

It was a great room for a family as we got the family suite. WiFi was fast and overall good place to stay if you’re on a budget and are okay staying outside the city center. It’s very fast to get to old town (9 min scooter ride) and it’s close to the beach.

They didn’t have a great breakfast. A few things were ordered that didn’t look anything like the picture on the menu yet the price wasn’t adjusted. If you show a fruit plate with 6-7 different fruits but only have 2-3 fruits available then the price should be lowered. Same with the bowls, there were many ingredients left off the bowl the was ordered and when you order something from a picture it should be exact. If half the ingredients are left off then it’s quite disappointing. We didn’t stay here for the food though so it wasn’t a big deal to us. There’s plenty of great restaurants in town and around the hotel. It’s a great budget friendly stay for a big group with nice white bedding.

We love the private beach which is just a walking distance across a non-busy road. There is a good seafood restaurant just next door to the hotel. There is one male staff that we like, he was the one who greeted us when we arrived, carried our suitcases to the rooms, serves us breakfast, cleaned the pool, mopped the floor, worker in the kitchen, check the air in our bicycle tires, adjusted the seat of our bikes, helped us with the problematic access card when we came back to the hotel quite late at night..he was everything and everywhere. For the amazingly low price We love the simple breakfast, The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated with rattan weave furniture. the staff helped us book a lantern making class & My Sons Sanctuary Tour. The hotel is located a bit far from the town but with very reliable Grab service, there is not an issue at all. Will come back next time.

The hotel is opposite a nice quiet Sandy beach . It is away from the busier area of Hoi A but there are a few really nice restaurants and spas a few doors away. The property is kept beautifully clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only slight thing was that the mattress was pretty hard. Otherwise all very good.

We booked this oceanfront hotel expecting to hang out on the beach. We had rain the whole time we stayed, so ended up taking taxis daily into town. Location is not convenient if you want to spend most of your time in Old Town. Not much to see close by except for a few newer hotels and a lot of abandoned hotels and properties.

Overall a really great value choice for your stay in Hoi A let down by a few really silly things. Peaceful area. Small relaxing ‘rustic’ beach across the road. The lovely An Bang Beach only a 10-min Grab ride away. 15-20 mins by grab to the spectacular Hoi An town centre. Really lovely housekeeping team and breakfast waiting staff. Lovely fruit bowl option for breakfast.

We booked a sea view room with kitchenette through booking dot com. In fact they don’t exist! The sea view rooms are at the front of the property whilst the kitchenette rooms only overlook the rear of the property. Mei(sp?) the manager showed us into a rear/kitchenette room and when we realised she apologised and eventually found us a sea view room on the 5th floor with no kitchenette. We wanted to use the kitchen facilities so this was a little problematic for us. I asked Mei to consider including the breakfasts in our room rate and she promised to check with her manager. She never got back to me and I’m NOT going to ask twice so we just paid the whole bill which was reasonable anyway but the goodwill gesture was definitely missing on her part. I also let her know and showed her a photo of the windowsill in our shower cubicle which was covered in black mould. I politely asked her to ask the maintenance chap to clean and coat the sill as soon as possible; she agreed and asked when this could be done and I said “now is fine!” It was never done during our 4-night stay. We noted a slight mouldy smell in the room and this would have helped - it should have never got into this state in the first place. And finally, the nightmare mood ‘music’ at breakfast was intolerable!!! It was like water torture; drip, drip, drip until you go insane. I turned the volume down myself in the restaurant area a couple of times and switched the bloody TV off altogether this morning! Whoever thinks the guests want to listen to that constant ‘spa relaxation’ music needs their head seen to! Despite the above comments, we had a lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful area of Vietnam. But guys - do sort it out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be away from the busy center of Hoi An. But close enough to get there on a Grab.

It took a while to get a car on Grab.

Breakfast was good,location and staff.The thing tha we like more was the staffs,really attentive.

The shower had poor drainage.

Khách sạn đẹp, mới, tiện nghi, dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình chu đáo. Đường đi thuận tiện, dễ tìm, ô tô đi vào được, gần trung tâm, cách Phố Cổ khoảng 5km, có bãi để xe. Phòng ốc gọn gàng, đúng như trong hình. Chăn gối thơm, không bị ẩm hôi. Đồ ăn sáng khá ngon, giá cả hợp lý. Hồ bơi khá xinh, view đẹp, đối diện biển. Hải sản gần đấy vừa ngon vừa rẻ. Sẽ giới thiệu cho người thân và bạn bè nếu đến đây.

không gian yên tĩnh, nhẹ nhàng, nhiều khách tây, lễ tân thân thiện , làm dịch vụ rất tốt , breakfast rất chu đáo và ngon!!
