Perfect location with everything just in fingertips. Modern and Spacious apartment with bathroom and kitchen and living. I had a great stay here.

Detailed instructions were provided and it was easy to enter the area to be able to collect the keys. The location is amazing.

Both of the shower heads were faulty, one the water just dripped in one area and the other just sprayed water everywhere and it was very hard to get it to the right temperature and stop it from moving around by itself. This has been raised with the facility manager. The property also requires a good spring clean, I bent over to collect something off the floor in the bedroom and saw socks and tissues under the bed. The walls are also very dirty especially in the ensuite.

Could be cleaner, lots of marks on the walls. Would be great to have more than one key card and not have to be charged.

We are two sisters in our eighties but reasonably fit, visiting the city to spend time on some of the days with another sister who lives well north of the city and is in poor health. The apartment is attractive, clean and very well equipped. The location suited us perfectly with easy access to trains and trams, all the shops and restaurants we needed, central access to some of the tourist features we wanted to visit and a comfortable and secure place to relax at the end of the day. Close proximity to the Tullamarine Skybus terminal was another plus.

We found collecting the key from a dark area trying to enter small numbers a little difficult.

The showers - their hot/cold water is very hard to find a sweet spot and the ensuite one fills with water (not un-usable, just feels risky of overflow)

It was so close to flinders st station, so was very handy in location. Once we worked out where to get to and how to get the key, it was great.

The pool was closed on a heat wave weekend. Huh?

Privacy

Central location, clean and tidy. Customer service was very accomodating and friendly. Check in was easy especially travelling in from another city with delays there was no pressure easily able to grab keys at late hours and had no dramas checking in.

Nothing, it was very ideal and spacious. We had booked the three bedroom apartment.

Great location, very accessible, very clean and comfortable stay. Plenty of room for us all and great value for money.

The only thing that did irk me, was the communication was terrible, like non existent. I received a couple of automated messages from the property but when I tried sending messages and asking questions, there was no response. Now the trip is finished and I'm not able to access our messages anymore, so my questions will never be answered.

入住折腾了半小时才拿到钥匙。入住通知说是到住房处取钥匙，不知什么是住房处？专门写邮件又问一遍如何取钥匙，回复是把原有通知重新发了一遍。入住当天进入大楼，有一传达值班，以为他就是住房处。但他只是该楼物业值班人员与住宿接待无丝毫关系 ，也不知道取钥匙之事。打电话与住宿接待方，全英文会话，我们英语水平有限，难以沟通。告诉一个信箱号码，但打开后里面也没有钥匙。住宿接待方工作人员出现后，把手伸到该信箱里面摸了一会儿，才取出了钥匙。住宿经营者应该直接告诉入住客人，在几号信箱取钥匙即可。不可思议的是，退房时才收到住宿接待人员的邮件。其中详细讲解了取钥匙的方式，但更多是警告客人，做错那些事情会扣款。

Location and pool

Unit wasn’t the cleanest. Had to clean a cutlery and crockery before we could use it. Walls need a wash as well.

We loved it! Great location & reasonable price considering it was Taylor Swift weekend.

The only bit of feedback we have is that there was no full length mirror anywhere :)

The views are absolutely incredible, very clean and the floor plan ideal.

Dishwasher smelt not that we use the kitchen but previous guest had the pool and spa was cold and needed a rail for spa

Great location if you are disembarking at Southern Cross. Spacious living area with all the basic essentials.

The shower had great water pressure which was a change from other places I have stayed at.

The apartment I stayed in wasn’t as presentable as the one advertised however this was noted at booking. Ensemble bed, uncomfortable pillows, lack of utensils and cutlery.

Easy check in and check out with the host giving all information needed about your stay. Location is great, perfect to wander everywhere in town. Quiet building, good facilities. You get everything you need in the appartement for a nice stay.

Loved the location the view was fantastic from the room kids love that. Close to public transport CBC was also close to walk to for us. The room was setup for a family to cater for kids breakfast and to rest and relax.

3pm is a late standard check-in I thought maybe 1pm would be better but no complaints about anything really,

Apartment was disgusting & not cleaned at all (rubbish on the floor, food, dust) Stains on mattress & linen Linen left on the floor Towels not washed & had a bad smell Shower didn't work Apartment had a fowl smell No bedding & pillows provided for the sofa bed Mould present in the bathroom No glasses/cups provided Exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked in dust which is a MASSIVE fire hazard and redistributes contaminants Wet mop left sitting in the kitchen Dirty sponges in the sink just left there Due to the issues above we cancelled our stay immediately and chose to go to another hotel. When we confronted the owner, he was not responsive and wouldn't reply to any messages and was impossible to contact. He said he would investigate but we never heard back. We are now seeking a refund via disputing the transaction with our bank to recover the money we paid.

Host was promptly reply the message and was willing to fix the issue.

Room was not clean as we expected especially the dish washers , and all kitchen appliances. We found broken glass in the dish washer and very bad smell from the machine. We refused another cleaning as we didn’t want to wait and were planning to eat out. We ran the machine and it worked, all clean after that.
