Me and my wife were looking for a place to have our baby shower and accommodate our family. We messaged Sharron and asked would she allow us to have the baby shower there and she was more than happy to accommodate us! The home was beautiful, the rooms were very nice and comfortable and the pool was great. We did notice that the neighbors trash was spilled out and was an eye sore but there wasn’t much that could be done about that. The parking was a bit a hassle due to the rules of no street parking and the overflow parking being so far from the home. Aside from that, we had an amazing time and couldn’t be more grateful for Sharron opening up her home to us. We had a wonderful time and will book again in the future.

Overall the house accommodated our group of 15 perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was nice and the community amenities were nice as well.
The house could use some TLC. Broken sliding glass door handle, missing blinds, hockey puck missing (we ordered one on Amazon and left it for the next quests), foul smell from dishwasher and broken outside trash can.
But all cosmetic. Sharron was very responsive and everything was easy start to finish.

The home was exceptional. There was plenty of space for all 15 of us to relax and enjoy. There was plenty space for us to sit and eat together due to having a large island and dinning room table. We brought all of our groceries and cooked all of our dinners. The 2 refrigerators was a plus. The 2 washers and dryers was also a plus. This home has everything we needed and we felt like we were at home. The host was always available and very friendly and understanding when we had any questions about anything. I will definitely rent this property for my next vacation stay.

The property is great for a large family. Pool, pool table is a great plus. I had to contact Sharon and she responded immediately. Problem taken care of!
Carpet needs to be cleaned and in showers there wasn’t a soap dish for soap or shampoos. Overall, great trip.

It lived up to what was on line. The house was clean the host was spot on Sharon communicated from the beginning even when I was late seeing the emails she was patient with me. I will definitely stay again and would recommend anyone to stay.

This house was absolutely beautiful. So much room and and was so accommodating to our group of 18 people. With so many people never one time did it ever feel like it was too many people in one home. All the rooms were beautiful. The pool on hot tub was definitely fun and accommodating. Clubhouse was a nice addition to be able to go to for a bigger pool if need be. But we never really did we enjoyed the home so much we stayed there almost the entire time. I would definitely recommend this home again and I will definitely be staying in this property again. The home is large and worked well for our friends. Host was awesome and responded quickly with questions, and property is as described. Recommendation: If you plan to cook for your large group, the kitchen had only basics in cook and bakeware. You'll need a cutting board, sheet pans, larger pots and skillets and any spices or oils as there were none, luckily there was a Walmart within 5 minutes.

Everybody enjoyed the stay. Check-in is smooth, owner even gave us early check-in so we could put our frozen items earlier. Location is 7 minutes from Walmart, and accessible to many restaurants in the area. Car access uses QR code and very convenient to pass the main gate entrance. Parking is restricted to 5 cars, but have additional parking at the Clubhouse. House facilities is what is advertised, with 2 large refrigerators, 2 sets of washer/dryer, which is good for large family gatherings. Place is clean, and it is newly built, so everything looks and feels new. As a courtesy to the owner, we cleaned/vacuumed the main area, throw away trash, checked all remotes for TV and Fan to be accounted for, wash/dry most of the towels. Highly recommend this place. They have upcoming Home Theater area which should will add value for future stays.

beautiful place with plenty of space for my family of 14. It was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware etc. which made it easy for our large group to dine in. The location was close enough to all the park attractions yet offered convenient shopping and dining close by. Sharon was an outstanding host that responded immediately whenever I had an issue. Would highly recommend !

Let me start by saying "Thank You Sharron" for allowing me to rent your beautiful home. The house was very clean, all the rooms look exactly like the pictures posted on the site. I rented his home for my Dad's 76th birthday and he was so surprised to see many of his family.

The property exceeded my expectations and the Host was Amazingly accommodating. The Children had an outstanding pre Christmas celebration and will return again soon! Although the pool was malfunctioning, the hot tub sufficed.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fabulous, and
beautifully decorated just as posted. There was enough rooms and beds for all 15 of us. My family came down for Thanksgiving. And the Island and dinning room table was large enough to accommodate everyone. There was a little issue with wifi but the owner came over right away to access the issue and got it resolved ASAP. We will difinitely be looking forward to staying here the next time we come for vacation.

The house was exactly as pictured. Clean and very inviting. We spent an entire week at this property. Everyone in our party enjoyed every single room in this house. The huge island in the kitchen was the hub of our stay. The pool and hot tub was wonderful after long hot days at the parks.
Sharron was excellent in communicating everything required for our stay and made the whole process less stressful than usual.
We will definitely be staying again.

We vacationed from North Carolina to Orlando. The home we chose was the highlight of the trip. The pictures on Vrbo do not represent how BEAUTIFUL the home really is. My husband and his brothers enjoyed the pool table. The ladies as well as our husbands enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. I can not say enough about how fast the owner replied to our questions. We could not ask for a better experience. If or when we return to Orlando, I will definitely rent this property again!! Thanks again Sharron for making this a great experience!!
