Location was ideal

Mattress was very uncomfortable and had a lot of trouble sleeping. Room let in light and we had bbq area at our front door Fridge was dirty

The location couldn't have been better - very short walk to everything including the beach and all food and drink options. The room had nice light and good space and a reasonable kitchenette.

It was a little noisy outside on a Saturday night, but they couldn't help who stayed or partied nearby. The shower taps were old style and a little fiddly to get to the right temperature.

The location was excellent.

I thought it strange that our towels were changed after the first night when there is a sign indicating that if you don't need the towels change to hang them up (this is to conserve the environment), we had hung them up. But the bed was not made, so it obviously someone entered the room.

After driving 9 hours from Melbourne we were so happy to arrive at PanCo for our stay. It was a quiet clean and fully equipped space with free safe parking inside the block of rooms. Easy to find with places to eat and drink on the door step!

The close proximity of the motel to everything & it was spotless with comfy beds.

It is clean and central. Nice hot shower water. Easy check in.

The shower head needs fixing. The room looks like it’s been recently updated but still some dated furniture.

Bed a little squeaky (was worried to wake baby every time I rolled over), and I struggled to sleep. Bit lumpy or something. Idk. Shower tiny with curtain.

Value for money and located in the precinct of Victor Harbour therefore easy accessibility to tourist destinations, dining venues and the like. The Hotel Manager, Ally was a delight. Very approachable , a people person and accomodating in storing bikes. Ally equipped us with local information, ideal places to visit and explore and was available to guests after hours. An ideal location which is family friendly.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Victor Harbor. Bed was comfortable with warm bedding. Shower was excellent, amazing water pressure. Rain water tap outside so easily able to access fresh sweet drinking water. Staff were friendly. Room included microwave, plates and cutlery which enabled easy preparation of breakfast and option to eat takeaway in our room.

Nowhere to wash dishes except to rinse them in bathroom sink. No dishwashing liquid either in which to clean them. Curtains had a lot of stains on them. Bathroom light was very dull so trying to see in the mirror at night to apply makeup and dry hair was challenging.

Ufficio chiuso al check in nonostante era orario di apertura. Non ci era stato comunicato il codice di accesso alla camera, se non fosse stato per la gentilezza di una signora che si è preoccupata di chiamare nn so cosa avremmo potuto fare, c’era un numero da chiamare ma non è così scontato, per uno straniero, avere una sim abilitata alle chiamate. Suggerisco la possibilità di poter comunicare anche con wapp o altre app simili.

Smell on the Room.

Rooms are very dated, don't get me rong they are reasonably comfortable but they certainly don't match the promotional photos
