Beautiful little house in well maintained community, well equipped, comfy & clean. Great location, close to the Berlin and the beach. Very peaceful and amazing view of the bay!

Horrible customer service. Already before the trip, Vacasa constantly bugged us via text and email to provide additional information, sign agreements, etc. We then wanted to extend a night (since late check out is not possible even for a fee) but the staff was very unsupportive and extremely rude, we’ve never experienced that before! It took us 2.5 days incl several calls to both Vacasa and booking.com to simply add a night. They told us we shouldn’t reach out to them.. This really ruined our experience. Sadly, also disappointed by booking.com who usually has great customer service.
