C'était propre

Le personnel est particulièrement désagréable, ils font en sorte que vous ne vous sentiez pas à l'aise et veulent juste vous dégager. Leur ligne de conduite encaissé et c'est tout le reste il s'en fiche. La localisation de l'hôtel est extrêmement difficile d'accès, de plus ils ne vous aident pas par message quand vous leur demandez. Nous les avons appelés afin qu'ils aident notre chauffeur ils ont dit 2 mots et ont raccroches. L'hôtel est dans quartier ultra sécurisé ou il ya énormément de clôture le chemin de Google maps ne sera jamais le bon. Le quartier dans lequel est l'hôtel est un quartier chic, l'hôtel se veut également chic mais n'en possède pas les qualités, il faut un minimum de respect envers les clients. A savoir que je ne considère pas que le client est le roi. Je souhaite juste un minimum de sympathie Le frigo faisait un bruit infernal !!! FUYEZ !!!!!!

Die Mitarbeiter sind wie fast überall in Ägypten sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Roomservice war auch Top, der Pool war auch sehr sauber und der Garten schön kreativ gehalten. Lage ist auch super da man mit einem Uber für 2€ mitten in der Stadt ist. Am meisten möchte ich dennoch die Mitarbeiter für ihre freundliche und sehr herzliche Art Loben. Ich Schreibe diese Bewertung leider erst nachdem ich ausgechekt bin und habe deshalb keine Bilder zum hinzufügen.

Es ist die erste Unterkunft wo mir nichts negatives einfällt, außer dass das Nächste Supermarkt 10min zu Fuß weit weg ist.

Pretty clean, friendly staff. Big sign with the name on the building. Quite area. Security.

Staff doesn’t really speak English. Smell of cigarettes in the room (carpets are everywhere); air conditioning makes a lot of noise; location is difficult to find, even with address, I had a lot of problems with taxi. No restaurant.

ich habe etwas früher checkin gemacht für das sollte ich 30 Dollar bezahlen haben aber den doppelten Preis in ägyptischen Pfund verlang also 60 Dollar. Das ist betrug nur weil ich europäerin bin

All staff were very friendly. Mustafa checked me in and out. He spoke excellent English and was extremely polite and helpful.

Breakfast was the same every day. Could have been more variety. Including some fruit.

La struttura è accogliente e pulita. Il personale è disponibile e servizievole. La camera è spaziosa e il bagno è grande. La rete WiFi è buona. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sorvegliato. Lo consiglio per un viaggio di coppia.

Sebbene vicina a New Cairo, la struttura è un po' disagevole da raggiungere in taxi perché si trova in un caseggiato poco segnalato e difficile da trovare. La ricerca di un taxi è difficile soprattutto se non si parla arabo.

المكان جميل جدا اشياء كثيرة فيه جميله من الاستقبال اولا مصطفى و محمد حمدي و زياد وكل الموظفين كانو جميعا في قمه الذوق و حسن الاستقبال وسرعه استجابه وكذلك النظافه و طاقمها ينافسون فنادق خمس نجوم والامان والراحه والهدوء .. ويستاهل صراحه العوده ليه مره اخرى

لا توجد بوابة مخصصة لنزلاء الفندق مفتوحة ع الدوام وفي كل مرة وكل توقيت يتم تغيير البوابة لدخول المجمع السكني وهذا كان مرهق جدا

الفندق داخل كمباوند وعليه بوابات وحراسة وهو جيد لكن يتأخر أوبر قليلا

Wir waren (leider) nur für eine Nacht dort. Es ist ein wundervolles Hotel. Wir hatten ein so schönes Zimmer! Es ist etwas außerhalb aber dafür in einer sehr sicheren und schönen Lage. Da wir eh alles mit dem Taxi erreichen, war die Lage für uns überhaupt kein Problem - im Gegenteil - es ist wie eine kleine Oase wenn man den Tag und er lauten und aufregenden Stadt verbringt. Absolute Empfehlung für Kairo !!
