Appartamento di lusso nella Puerta del Sol e vicino alla Plaza Mayor, il Palazzo Reale e le migliori musei, teatri e negozi della città, ristoranti, tapas. Logicamente ben collegato e vicino a piedi a tutte le attrazioni di Madrid. Dispone di 2 camere, 2 bagni, ampio soggiorno, cucina, 3 balconi. Situato al secondo piano è molto luminoso. L'edificio dispone di due ascensori. Completamente attrezzato per il vostro comfort: aria condizionata e riscaldamento, Movistar TV Smart TV, calcio, Formula 1, MotoGP, ecc, ADSL fibra ottica. L'appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario per ospitare fino a 6 persone, biancheria da letto, toalllas, piatti, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, asciugacapelli, ecc, per farvi sentire più confortevole a casa. Abbiamo affittato questo grande appartamento di 120 m2 di recente ristrutturazione (luglio 2014), soffitti alti 4 m, soleggiato, centrale e affascinante e di lusso. E 'nella via Marques vedovo di Pontejos in Puerta del Sol, centro, a pochi passi dai luoghi più interessanti di Madrid. Angel met us at the property after communicating with us prior to our arrival in Spain, from the US. He showed us around the apartment. Angel also marked up a map for us, indicating places we may want to visit. Everything was as described. We really enjoyed our space which had everything we needed including outlet adaptors. I do think it is only fair to mention that the neighborhood was very noisy at night mostly due to garbage collection in the middle of the night. Obviously, this is out of Angel’s control, but it did keep us from having a good night's sleep most nights.

Great location! This is our second time staying here. The apartment is big, and very clean. It’s an easy walk to many attractions. There is a 24 hour mini-market and plenty of food options nearby.

Major attractions. The check in process was very smooth. Angel and Giorgio treated us like family. I couldn’t have asked for more. Looking forward to coming to Madrid again and staying at the same property.

We traveled to Madrid from Washington DC with our two children (8 & 12). Angel our host met us early at the property to greet us and was very inviting and helpful. He gave us a number of great dining recommendations and was so responsive! The apartment was very clean and well appointed with nice touches for international travelers (international charging stations for devices, fast WiFi, clean kitchen and bathrooms with all the essentials for our stay!).
You really cannot beat the location. It’s so close to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, as well as the Puerta Del Sol metro subway hub. Despite the central and bustling location, the apartment is tucked up a side street offering a restful and quiet nights sleep! The building felt secure and safe, yet accessible. I’ve been to Madrid three times before this trip and enjoyed my time the most while staying at Angel’s place. Everything was just easy.

Only complaint. Trash trucks came by 2-3 times in the middle of the night and were extremely loud. Other times it was also loud on the alley street which was surprising. Great apt but just wished no trucks.

Angel's apartment was perfect for our three-day stay in Madrid. Clean and very comfortable, the apartment has two good-sized bedrooms and is within 5 minutes walk of (almost) everything. Sol metro station is round the corner, Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel 5 minutes walk. And surpisingly quiet given the central location.
Angel was a great host. He communicated very well, met us as arranged for check-in and took time to give us some welcome sightseeing tips and restaurant recommendations. This apartment was great value and we would definitely stay again.

Apartment is located in a shared building with a hotel very close to Puerta de Sol. The location was very convenient/walking distance to major attractions and to metro. Communication with Angel/host was excellent as well and he had very good recommendations. The apartment is part of an old building and comes with old building charm/issues. I recently returned from a three night stay at Angel's wonderful apartment in central Madrid.
Suffice it to say that this was the second time that I was staying with Angel.
And it won't be my last.
The location is amazing!
You couldn't ask to be any closer to central Madrid.
Both Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are mere steps away.
The Sol Metro station is a five minute walk.
Catch Madrid's wonderful, clean Metro with easy connections to anywhere in the city.
And you never lose internet connectivity no matter where you are in the Metro - Amazing!
The apartment itself is great.
Spacious, modern, well-equipped and clean with excellent air conditioning for Madrid's sizzling summers.
Angel is a model host.
Organized, communicative, responsive and friendly - in both Spanish and English.
He goes above and beyond, including organizing taxi transportation back to the airport.
Having now had two amazing stays with Angel, I'm looking forward to my third.

Angel was a fabulous host. He met us at the apartment upon our arrival, showed us all the amenities and how to use them. He took the time to show us on a simple map the location of the major tourist features that were nearby, not to mention local grocery stores, Bakeries, and other restaurants. And, he kept in touch every 3 or 4 days, during our visit to ensure that the apartment was functioning as it should and to ensure that we did not have any additional questions.
The apartment is exactly what is described and shown in the listing and was perfect for our stay in Madrid. It is right in the middle of everything, but is a quieter location, as it is just one street back of the main area of Puerta del Sol. It has all the amenities that you would need if you decided to prepare some of your own meals during your visit.
Angel's apartment is the perfect location to stay for a quick or extended stay in Madrid. Not only would I recommend this location to family and friends, I will choose to stay here for my next vacation to Madrid.

We loved our stay at Angel’s property. Everything was so clean and we had so much space for our family of 4. The location was absolutely perfect and all of Angel’s recommendations were great! He was always a call away for any questions we had or anything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great about this stay: location, our friendly and helpful host, the convenience of coffee, tea, condiments, etc. The beds were comfortable and the living room felt spacious. My only suggestion is that the windows be replaced to block street noise. That was the only downside.

We spent two consecutive weekends in this beautiful apartment in central Madrid. The location is terrific with easy access to the Metro, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol. This property is a well equipped comfortable base right in the heart of the city. It is so close to all the main attractions, restaurants and nightlife that you will never be short of things to do. Angel was welcoming and attentive with suggestions and available if we needed him. It can be a little noisy at night but a pair of earplugs sorted that and the beds are super comfortable.

This apartment is gorgeous and perfectly located. The host, Angel, made everything SO EASY and was so helpful, checking on us via WhatsApp before and during our trip. Anything we needed, we could rely on Angel for help. I've stayed in dozens or hundreds of VRBOs at this point, and can confidently say that Angel is the best host I've ever worked with. We had a very nice greeting from Jose who was flexible and greeted us at the apartment when we arrived! He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we departed!

The apartment is on a one-way street, well lit, safe, very comfortable, on the 2nd floor, and has an elevator. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - master en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need!
Bed was comfortable - plenty of pillows. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Lots of towels! The tap water is fine to drink. Soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices are all available.
Grocery store and restaurants are very close by.
There is a wonderful blue folder with everything you could ask for, including directions for the apartment, local shops, restaurants, and sites to see.
The apartment is in the center of Madrid so some street noise is expected.
If we return to Madrid we would definitely stay here!

Very well located apartment, a few steps from the Puerta del Sol and metro station. Walking to Plaza Mayor was a breeze!! The unit is in good condition and the host is extremely attentive to your stay. The only downside of the unit is that due to its location you should expect some noise during nights or very early morning. Overall I would stay again in this apartment specially on summer in order to fully take advantage of natural ligth, and the balconies.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at Angel's apartment in central Madrid. The location is fantastic, being right in the middle of everything. There's easy access to public transportation and endless choices for dining. The apartment is spacious, clean and secure. Angel is a wonderful host. Angel, is very organize, punctual, helpful. easy to communicate and very quick to answer your questions, He made sure that we have everything we need for our stay. He thought of every single thing that his guest will possibly need including a good hair dryer and hair curlers. He did above and beyond the expectations of a good host. He got a taxi for us and helped with our luggages.
The apartment was clean, well decorated and spacious. You cannot beat the location…it’s at city center and everything is walkable.

I can’t fault this lovely apartment, Angel was very helpful and made everything so easy. The apartment was in a great location and close to all the main tourist attractions. It was super clean, was well laid-out, two very nice bathrooms, great air conditioning, and is extremely well located - within walking distance of many things and only two blocks from the Metro. Angel’s property is amazing. It’s comfortable, has everything you need, and is in the best location. There is a cute coffee shop, Arabay, right outside the door and you are steps from Sol and the Plaza Mayor. We walked most places, but also used the metro quite a bit. You will not regret staying here. I would not stay anywhere else in Madrid. Angel is the best host. I hope to return soon! Thanks, Angel, for everything!

We loved this location as it was an easy walk to many attractions or if you prefer the Metro is a quick 3 blocks away. Our host Angel, met us at a later check in due to flight delay and was very friendly and easy to work with. If you want to be near the action but not too close, this is an excellent option.
