Tobias was friendly.

I always aim to write an honest review no matter what cause I think people have the right to know just as I wish people would have told me. Two steep flights of stairs plus an extra set if stairs to the bed itself. There are also these metal grates on the floor on the bedroom that hurt really bad if you have to step on them. I don't know why they don't cover those? Really low ceiling on the left side if the bed. This is absolutely not a place for someone who has trouble with mobility. Slowest TV I've ever encountered. It keeps saying it has to "update" But none of the buttons work, so you have to turn off the TV and restart in the middle of the movie you're watching. I also asked Tobias about this but he never answered me. Day 3 the power went out. So we were stuck waiting till they could get the power going because our phones weren't charged and everyone knows you need your phone to navigate while travelling or due to emergency. So we pretty much lost our second day. My boyfriend even tried to fix the problem himself and even found the fuse box but any time we flipped the switch it would unswitch. So in the end they had to run a cable from one apartment to ours in order to get power, which remained so for the rest of our stay. You are charged a 60€ cleaning fee yet we had to take out our own trash, have wash the dishes (on the website it says there is a dish washer which there isn't). Why is one even charged a fee when you have to do most of it yourself? Yes, Tobias was friendly but any time I sent a sms it was rarely timely answered, or I wasn't given answers on some of the questions I'd asked about. So if I needed a speedy answer, I'd have to call instead. In all honesty the friendlyness doesn't make up for the many things wrong with this listing. It isn't right or fair to pay for something that wasn't what was advertised or functional.
