This house was perfect for a family gathering. It was beautifully decorated, clean and big enough for 11 of us. The queen size beds were very comfortable. It’s is a great location, very close to downtown Asheville. Also, close to the Biltmore Estate. We had a wonderful time exploring Ashville. We would definitely stay at this location again! Brandon was quick to answer questions. We have no complaints!

Absolutely stunning views with plenty of space for everyone! So close to downtown Asheville.

The house was perfect for our bachelorette party! All bedrooms had king beds and the rooms were huge; we all had plenty of space. The pictures do not do the view justice it was amazing! Hosts were super responsive. Location was great short drive to downtown, the Biltmore, and the Omni. We had 2 cars there and it was definitely necessary. You need a car to get everywhere and Ubers we’re sometimes hard to come by!

Home was beautiful on inside and great views of the mountains! Everyone had a great time. Some Suggestions: - VRBO listing states 4 baths, but further down states 3 full and 1 half bath...somewhat misleading and based on the overall house design and 10 people - Need to provide more bath linens in the hall bath that 6-8 people basically share - Instructions request was for guest to help take care of light cleaning, but there were no cleaning supplies (outside of dish soap) and no cleaning aids, such as broom or mop - The outside landscaping at the front of the house was over grown up and needed to be mowed or a weed trimmer - Front porch and back porches were nice, but needed to have been blown off and ready to use..could tell had not been done for sometime - Wasp nest in the light fixture on open back deck needs to be addressed

Home accommodated our family well and we enjoyed the lovely views and private setting along with the easy access to town.

Great location, quick drive to downtown but also with beautiful views. Definitely would recommend renting cars, I'm glad we did as some folks were not able to catch rideshare cars.

House is just as advertised. Lots of space. Only 3 miles to downtown Asheville. Best of both worlds, beautiful Mountain View with quick access to all of downtown. We Took Ubers most days and it was $10- $15 per trip. Great for nights when we went to brewery’s then dinner .
