Hot water wash working at least

There was a fire alarm was beeping when we entered the property and continued beeping throughout our stay. The bed head board was broken and on the floor behind the bed when we arrived. The pan that was provided has rust on it and some dishes still had stains on them. There was wifi provided but did not work at all- couldn’t connect to it and when complained about it, he did not sort it or provide alternative option after telling us he will. When I tried to contact the person through this platform via message and call him on the number provided, there was no response and I happen to find out the person stays on the property and he said he will sort out the wifi but even after messaging him for update the next day, I was ignored - very poor communication. The shower also drains very slowly- he should clean the drain cleaned. We usually don’t complain but there was so much that was wrong with the place.

Nothing

It was dirty had mould growing in areas, dirty worktops, dirty bedding, broken headboards, nothing like the pictures, no toilet roll, tv didn’t work I even called the guy to fix it nd he did not would never stay here again.

Unfortunately I don’t have anything good to say about this accommodation or experience. On arrival we found ourselves in a very dirty apartment, stained bed sheets that hadn’t been changed/cleaned, dirty dishes on the sink, dirty shower area, along with chewing gum and dirt in the sink itself. There was no staff or security around therefore we were unable to speak to anyone about our room on our arrival.

The shower and bathroom was clean and did the job

Upon arrival we couldn’t locate the property or find the correct door so we tried to contact the proper in which we didn’t get a reply, we left multiple messages and still no reply to this day which we are lucky we managed to find someone locally to help us . When getting into the room we found a large bottle of mouldy milk under the sink ( photo will be attached) the best pillows and mattress was completely filthy and lastly the tenants above the so noisy throughout the whole stay running about all day and night and into the next morning Would not recommend this property and will certainly not be returning
