The staff including the chat responders are polite and professional. The location is very central with easy access to malls and Ring Road. The rooms are large and the furniture is good.

There is no kitchen at least in the penthouse. If you're not cooking you have everything you need, microwave, boiling pot, small refrefrigerator. It is a bit of a climb to access the penthouse. The staff is very helpful and you won't have to carry your bags.

The water in the apartment. It was full of chlorine which made me a bad infection.. I hope that you take a serious action and try to filter the water.
