Well apportioned property on the 2nd floor. The accommodation provides the usual mod cons and is close to shops restaurants and transport services

Maintenance issues raised with host, both showers had control settings in wrong position, could not use excessively hot ensuite shower. Had expected to be able to take a bath but not bath tap installed. Plastic caps over hob control settings were broken and the cap to stop water leaking from the kitchen sink unfastened. Needed to ensure that none of the these costs were deducted from my deposit.

Location was excellent, space was very comfortable and price matched the product

Dishwasher didn't work and was incredibly dirty. The stairwell and hallway seemed to be in very poor quality. The apartment could probably do with redecorating and I would not advertise it as "luxury"

Location is great, the apartment is very comfortable and clean, it has a very good size and is very well decorated. The heating works very well and the staff is very nice.

I booked this apartment because I need to work from home and decided to spend a bit more money to guarantee a good wifi, however the wifi works very poorly and I struggled to have meetings and sometimes access the browser. I couldn´t have the computer and phone wifi connected at the same time. Also, the TV has netflix, disney+ etc, but as the wifi is poor I struggled to use it. In my last day I didn´t have hot water and I contacted the administration by whatsapp. They told me they would send someone to fix it but no one showed up. The coffee machine was not working, and I couldn´t manage to put the dishwasher working. I believe it is still a great place to stay but not for long stays or to work remotely.

The apartment was modern, clean, and really nice, just like the pictures. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with, responding within the hour to any queries. It's a very beautiful apartment, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cutlery, which made cooking easy

Unfortunately, the TV was damaged (but still working), which wasn't the host's fault at all, and I'm sure it will be fixed soon. The location of the apartment is quite out of the way, off the high street. There were a few homeless people outside the apartment on the first night, which was not ideal. However, they did not stay too long, so it wasn't detrimental to the stay and I did not see them again the following night.
