Absolutely useless I paid through amex while booking on arrival they said they don't accept Amex. They didn't let me check in as I was traveling only with my amex I had look for another hotel and paid twice the price absolutely ridiculous would never use booking.com

It was clean and perfect location close to all amenities airport, shopping, Golden Temple

Clean and warm staff. Spacious rooms and very close to the airport. Good amenities provided with the room

The buffet spread was not great. Limited food items.. preparation of pancakes and waffles which was made to order was not great. The location was next to a wedding venue which played loud music till late in the night (1230-100 am) which made it difficult to fall asleep. For two nights got just 3-4 hours of sleep. Should provide better soundproofing

I mostly like the quick room service. Would specially thanks to Abhishek who decorated the room so nicely😍 Also would like to mention the food service of Sarthak and his friend. I would also thanks to head chef of Ramada who cooked delicious food😍

It’s not like didn’t like but I would recommend them to place oven in premium rooms in winters.

It was clean and the breakfast was good

The staffs were really rude . We are served by parvindar and he was not accommodating at all .
