Check in staff was really nice. Very helpful and informative. The room smelled cleaned when we opened. There was no one at checkout. Overall it was a good experience.

This hotel suit my needs. clean, quiet, ample space. I’ll definitely stay here again when traveling to Orlando in the near future. The gentleman in the front desk is very friendly and polite.

The hand soap container was empty, the beige blanket had someone hair all over it,😠 in which I was unable to utilize one of the blanket, one of our bathroom towels wasn’t clean.

I loved the value for the money, and the proximity to the airport, and to all of the activities in the greater Orlando area.

Came in late night, still everything was ready and the front desk attendant was perfect helping and smiling as if it was mid-day. Please thank him for that

Loud, window had broken seal front door had a huge gapp all the way around the door let hot air and noise in I tryed using bath towels didn’t help it was hot and very noisy being on Ty 192. It was clean but couldn’t sleep I left a day early to get some sleep

Nice place by normal standards and a great place for the price in Old Town. We will go back next time we are in the town for a show.

Terrible service, I wanted to check in late and I was left without a reservation, I was charged from my card for the room and the person who was in the place tells me that I had no reservation and super rude, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, it is the worst !!

This is a motel, it’s not fancy but it had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The decor is tired but value for money is excellent.

Unclean bedding, towels,face rags and rags and no blanket,comforter for guest to feel comfortable,warm when sleeping.
No lotion, just a tiny bar hand soap bar,could use some bettwr toiletries.

The two beds in my room were really loud (squeaky) I saw a roach on one of the beds, I like that the room was spacious and very clean but that's the only bad thing that we didn't like about the room we hope they can make it better!

Was surprisingly good, it’s not the prettiest on the outside but, the room was great. For a two star hotel it was definitely the best one I’ve been to, considering the prices at other hotels this one was perfect. Would definitely consider it again if I’m on a budget.

I didn’t like that the fridge didn’t have a freezer component like the best western also first day went to shave I pushed the sink plunger to fill up the sink and after the plug wouldn’t go back up I asked them on 3-4 occasions to do something and nothing.
Bathroom shower area too small barely move in there old outdated furnishings I would not stay here ever again 5/10
