I called the property to arrange check-in (after indicated time of arrival had passed) and was only told then that there were plumbing issues and that I would not be able to stay! They didn't even call me - I CALLED THEM!!! I boomed this apartment for a reason (location and the fact that it's self-catering) and they told me that I could stay at another guest house in Windhoek North. They didn't even give me this offer for free as a courtesy! Furthermore, I was the one who kept having to call them. I saw the bad reviews on this property and wanted to see for myself - don't even bother booking here.
