Casa hostess super accomodating. They held our bags sincs our flight was later. Super close to the airport which was nice walk to the airport. Truly appreciate & definitely would stay here again.

It is a cool weather city...may need a sweater. Super clean room. Bathroom with cold and hot water. All good

Overall was a nice hotel for a one night stay. Had a very early flight so chose the hotel based on the location and would do it again if I was to fly out of La Aurora again. Did not explore the area by foot, but there didn't seem to be much around in terms of food options if needed.

Was a clean, pleasant, authentic Guatemalan stay. We just needed a bed to sleep as we arrived late by air and family picked us up in am. Wasn't easy getting a shuttle from the airport. Cost an extra $30US for the 4min ride, so, not so convenient being super close to airport. Room was noisy with people outside in adjacent driveway till 2am. Breakfast was good.

VERY close to the airport-walking distance. It’s probably about a 10 minute walk if that. The property is good for a quick stay. The staff are nice. The breakfast is good.

I am a single white American female from Wyoming who traveled to Guatemala. My Guatemalan adventure spanned over a period of 10 weeks and I was constantly "moving" from place to place. When I arrived at Casa 96, I was absolutely exhausted from my journey. Walking in, I felt peace. The small decorative details, comfy bed and pillows, cleanliness, and the feeling of safety were greatly needed prior to my long flight back to Denver, Colorado. Casa 96 delivered! I want to say...thank you, thank you, thank you Casa 96 for giving me a home that I could rest my exhausted body, mind, and spirit for the evening!!!

Very nice and clean overall. It is listed as having free airport shuttle. Upon request they told me I have to pay for the shuttle. Then I present the information listed on the booking that specifically said free. They did pick us up. But then told us they did not have shuttle the day of our departure. Which was an inconvenience.

Every thing on this property was awesome but the cold showers. There was no hot water to take a warm shower.

We only stayed here for a couple hours before our flight because it was a 4 minute Uber drive to the hotel but it was nice, we just put on Netflix, took a shower and relaxed. It was a bit noisy outside but otherwise it was worth the money.

Stayed here overnight after landing at GUA before driving to Atitlan the next morning. It was a little loud due to being right next to the airport but everyone was so nice and accommodating and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend!

Very good service. If you are looking for clean and comfortable place to stay on a budget, this a great option. The room I booked had no air conditioner, however we requested a fan and it was happily offered.

We had a one night stop between planes, and chose this hotel as it was an easy walk from the airport. The hotels.com map suggests that the hotel is right at the airport. It's not, but it is very close. The hotel is secure, we were met, even late at night, by staff. Our room was modern, fresh and clean. No a/c but we opened the windows and had a very comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was good and we would happily stay there again.

I was denied services they advertise they offered. Their windows only remain open with loud noises all night with no extra covers provided. They charge extra for any needs: breakfast and laundry upon arrival. They falsely advertise. When showering the water drains slowly. They lied to expedia stating they hand wash clothes when they advertise they have a laundry fascility.

Very comfortable stay at Casa 96, very friendly and attentive staff. Great location for ordering Ubers, walking into town and less than 10 mins from the airport. great social space with tables and chairs. Good en-suite with a hot shower in the room. Tv in the room. Big comfy bed. Great wifi was able to stream Netflix. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly. Even though we arrived late at night, they greeted us with a smile. Wifi worked well.
However, it took a very long time to get hot water for the showers. I ended up washing everything with cold water...

As its name is, it is a home converted into a small hotel. Our only problem was with orbitz as we booked 2 rooms with 2 people each and Orbitz changed it to one room with 4 people. The hotel gave us the two rooms when we explained what had happened

Luis is an amazing host. And I have been enjoying my stay, and especially the location is conveniently a 6 min walk from airport. I didn't have to take taxi
