I didn’t get to eat breakfast

There were no initial reviews of this property so I was hesitant to book this location at first. I'm glad I did! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The home was very clean and every room was exactly like the photos. The themed room layouts were great for the kids and added value to our Disney visit. There were TV's in every room which was a bonus for our entire family, no more fighting for the remote. There were also fans in every room which is a must in Florida. The kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer were clean and all appliances worked without issue. There were more than enough towels for our entire family. Ease of access to unlock the front door was simple and we had no issues. Extended check-out was huge benefit for a minor expense. I highly recommend it. The neighbor hood is quiet and conveniently located next to a Wawa (Gas station w/ fast food restaurant), Publix (best supermarket in Florida) and a plethora of good restaurants (Portillo's, Giordano's, Bonefish Grill, etc) within 15minutes from the location. In all honestly, my only regret is not staying longer.

The pool was low on water, 1 ft lower than normal. My kids still had a good time in the pool though. There were separate door alarms on certain rear doors which lead to the pool. It is easy to temporarily disengage the individual door alarms.

It’s a very nice place but the ac wasn’t working and they never fixed, had to leave this place and book a last minute hotel, they did not reimburse me my money

Costumer service is horrible, they did not fix the ac and I had to leave this place
