This beach house was absolutely perfect! The layout was fabulous! The huge double stocked appliances in the kitchen was very functional! We had some adults that had to work remote and the kitchenette on the opposite end of the house was quite office for several to work at with the high speed internet!!!! Would definitely book again!

Stayed at Almost Heaven for a week with friends and family late May 2024. There was a lot of space, with tons of beds for all guests. Kitchen was fabulous, equipped with two of EVERYTHING - sinks, stoves, microwaves, fridges, plus another full-sized fridge in a second living room and a mini-fridge and wine fridge in the bar.
Ping-pong! Games! Outdoor shower! EV charger!

We love almost heaven this was our second year and have already booked for 2025. The house has 6 bedrooms (one is a bunk room). All with their own baths. The back porch is our favorite. We brought two baby gates to close off the stairs and our 2 and 4 year olds had free reign. WYou are close enough to the beach to enjoy it even if you don't get in the sand. We had our 3 grown children and their families and their families and there is plenty of room!!!!

The property was amazing! Perfect location. Close enough to town but not so close to be bothered. The house was absolutely beautiful and it perfectly accommodated my group of family and friends.
Honestly, it's named "Almost Heaven" but as a rental vacation home.....it IS heaven.

Almost Heaven was incredible. The huge beach side deck is where we spent most of our time. The house has everything you could want and beach is gorgeous! It was the perfect place for our group. I would highly recommend Almost Heaven to anyone.

I love the big Kitchen/dinning area and Living room. We have a large family so we had plenty of room to be together and also enough room for each family to have their own space as well. Great place!

We housed the groomsmen for our sons wedding and this house was perfect they boys loved the beach access! We had our rehearsal dinner here and everybody enjoyed the deck area and listening to the waves on the beach they didn’t want to leave they were so relaxed.
Having 2 ovens and the large double fridge freezer in the main kitchen was a major hit!!!!
Suggestion if you plan on staying at this property. Pack dish towels, dishwasher soap and paper towels. You will have everything else you need provided!

We absolutely loved our stay at Almost Heaven! There were 14 of us and we had room to spare. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was PLENTY of space for us to eat and hang out, particularly on the huge beachside deck. There was tons of space for tinies, teens and adults. The location is amazing; literally steps from the water. The beach is beautiful and felt as if it was our own private, secluded getaway.
The home is far enough away from the city, but close enough to get to restaurants and stores by car. The two of everything kitchen was incredible. There was plenty of storage, room to cook, and seating for us to eat (inside and outside). Multiple washers/dryers made reluctant packing easy. The bedrooms were great for our group to be together, but have some privacy. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This home is perfect for large family gatherings. It truly sleeps 21 comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and seating for all! The double appliances makes cooking for a crowd enjoyable and with two dishwashers the dishes are cleaned up in record time. So all of that with just a short walk over the dunes to the ocean and ocean view right out your windows makes it perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying at Almost Heaven this past week. I loved the communication that was sent prior to my stay giving me information I needed. The interior of the home is simply beautiful!! The owners have done an amazing job. This is definitely a home that would fit large groups. There were 5 bedrooms, plus a bunk room and pull out couches. The kitchen was generously stocked with all sorts of cookware, bakeware, utensils, and dishes. I loved that there were two dishwashers!! Actually, there were three refrigerators and two microwaves as well! The house is well maintained. My friends and I absolutely loved all of the furniture that was on the back porch too! It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and tea while we sat and visited or read. I highly recommend Almost Heaven to anyone looking for a great location and beach getaway!!

We stayed here for a staff retreat for our small staff of 7. The space allowed for us to all be comfortable as well as to have a work space set up separate from a space to relax

We could not have been more pleased with the house. It sits right on the sand dunes, overlooking the Gulf. We watched football, fished, walked on the beach, ate some incredible food and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Almost Heaven. It is a beautiful home, well stocked with lots of space for everyone. It even has an electric car charging station!
Everyone in our group had a great time. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Loved the house. Clean, comfy and right on the beach! Our group had a great time. There were so many places to hang out and relax outside from decks, to platforms to balconies. It isn't a question of if we will stay here again, it's just a question of when. Our entire group would highly recommend.

It was as wonderful in real life as the pictures. We were married on the beach and had plenty of room for our immediate family to stay with us in the house. The open kitchen and living space was perfect for our casual reception.

The house was very good. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with items needed for cooking, probably the best we have ever had in the 8 plus years we have been renting a house for family vacations. We really enjoyed everything being on one level and each family could have their space.
It would have been nice to have a walkway over the dunes to get to the beach like some other houses have and a swimming pool might have been nice, but we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with a large multi-family group. The home is ample to accommodate. We had a group of 20 adults and 7 kids. It was totally comfortable. The kitchen is awesome and the double appliances were much needed for a large group. We all loved our time here.

Almost Heaven is an updated home on the beach that provides the best of all worlds. The duplicate appliances and well-stocked kitchen make meal prep easy. Everyone had their own attached bathroom which is a luxury and having two living areas allows for separation between the adults and children. The seating on the decks allows guests to sit in the sun or the shade. The management company responded to any concerns immediately.
The beach is never crowded in that area which allowed us to set up a volleyball net, make sandcastles, throw frisbees, toss a football, and ride boogie boards. Our family loves the area.

The home was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The kitchen was a dream! We had plenty of space to gather and be together.
