Totally recommend won’t be disappointed

I enjoyed the stay. Staff is friendly and helpful very nice views. the only thing I'll ask them is to improve the signage Upon arrival I did not know where the check in area was. Waited 45min and it was raining then I finally decided to to by the area that seem under construction follow by an exit sign I spotted a staff member and asked about the check in and he told me. I literally would had know if there was signs that would tell me that.

This property had amazing views, and they were able to accommodate all my needs in terms of room service and also helping me with arranging a very romantic evening with my significant other.

Wonderful views and service, the owner was super sweet and attentive.The only thing I would say can improve was the noise from staff in the morning we stayed above the restaurant and I was woken up everyday at 7 am from the noise of the staff. But over all it’s such a beautiful place, beautiful view, great food, great prices, and the staff very helpful and friendly!

While the views were breathtaking, there was a lot of safety concerns. There was a lizard in my room, there were large frogs jumping around by my door. I had to leave that same night, the lizard in my room was enough for me. They will not refund my monies.

This is the best little gem we found over looking the lake. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Best views and restaurants had many options and food was 5 stars! Soo good! Thanks for an amazing stay, def worth checking out if you have not been.

Tres Piedras is a very unique hidden gem that needs alot of work. Its beautiful definitely a retreat for those who want to disconnect from the outside world. The views are mesmerizing and just breath taking specifically in the early morning. The downsides to this property were: Room assignment i paid for 2 panoramic view suites I only ended up receiving one.. and was stuck in a tiny bedroom with a 2 year old that was going crazy with the space, didnt receive what I paid for.. did get a small reimbursement for their mistake but it did not make up for what I paid. Bathroom broke during our stay in the VIP suite. We lost water in our tiny room. But Ernesto great receptionist was available and accessible to our needs... employees are great and friendly. Downside to our stay was also lack of internet in the restaurant/ VIP rooms we were really disconnected from the world which made it hard for us with our little ones. Also we couldnt utilize the TVs in the rooms or electronics. Unless you puchased a phone service in country or international plan from home. Restaurant: amazing they can receive a 5 star rating food is just truly amazing loved every dish and drink our family was very happy with everything we tried in the morning and for dinner.

A truly one of a kind experience. The area is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so accommodating. PLEASE, if anyone in your party has any physical disabilities or cannot walk long distances, let the property know ahead of time before booking. Stamina is required as the hotel is on an incline.

The staff was so friendly. Housekeeping was such a delight to talk to. Helped us out alot. For my first time in El Salvador it was the best experience i could have had. Breathtaking views in most rooms as well as The pool was amazing. Definitely a place to go unwind and relax for however long. Not really kid friendly, more a private oasis for you and your partner. 10 out 10 if the sun was out a little more 20 out if 10 stars

Checkin is exactly at 3pm no exceptions. Rooms were very comfortable and AC worked great. The staff is amazing very friendly and courteous. The food was excellent. Just one restaurant short staffed but worth the wait. Lots of mosquitoes if you like to enjoy the outdoor space such as your balcony bring lots of repellent.

Great property, only downfall was the room is big enough for a king or even queen bed, but only was a double size, hard to sleep in that atmosphere with two people. Ernesto was fantastic from the start. Helping with bags, food delivery, just great, he needs a raise.
