Overall I would say the house needs alot of work pro's host seemed nice , good pool and the house had alot of rooms and not too far from the strip , but alot of things were broken, none of cabinets had doors, pool table broken, no ac upstairs thats why you see fans in all of the pics. the host controls the ac it was over 110 anf the inside was 80 i had to message several times to turn it on, no tissue he did offer us some, no face towels, for the price i was expecting better, also the hot tub was filthy, and was one of the main reasons i booked.

Six bedrooms lots of space for our group of 8, enjoyed having the pool, great proximity to the airport and strip.

I'm not sure how several others had good communication with Shayne. From the time I booked, she gave minimal communication, provided no check-in information because she forgot we were coming so the place was a disaster. Not just dirt either, there were broken blinds, people's clothing in drawers, broken tvs, cigarette butts (inside the home!) and what we think was drugs outside by the pool. No "built-in" bbq, the bbq that is there is disgusting. I sent pics to VRBO and I'm currently trying to get a refund (which Shayne said she would give after we left the property, and is now ghosting me and VRBO staff). To top it off, an officer came by to tape up a citation on the door, explaining to me that this property is NOT licensed as a rental property.

It was amazing all around

Want to spend a weekend in a house instead of a hotel in Las Vegas? It was wonderful. There was only a couple of things. That's not even worth complaining about but I had a awesome time. I enjoyed the location. I enjoyed the house. I just enjoyed myself to the fullest in my grandson. The whole result we went out there. To see his friends he hasn't seen in 4 years.He had a wonderful time as well.Thank you very much.I would do this again

Communication with the host was great. Very welcoming and nice. This house accommodated everyone and was very spacious.
