This hotel looks and feels more like a motel. Upon arrival in the evening, there was no parking space left in the front, extra parking were way back behind the building so you have to walk alot because it's a big building. We booked a room with ocean view. The view was nice but the room apparently has design flaws. Water didn't get drained in the shower and the floor seemed to tilt toward the beds. As a result, after showering, the entire bathroom submerged in water and it flooded all the way to the beds. We were walking in water, our luggage was wet. The telephone in the room didn't have ringtone so I had to go downstairs to ask for help around 11pm. Luckily someone was there and switched us to a different room, which no longer facing the ocean. The hotel needs to address this flooding issue, they probably need to periodically check and open all the drains in the bathrooms. I would not stay here again.

Nice staff. Room was satisfactory. Good breakfast. Restaurant only had 2 of 4 entree items on an already limited dinner menu.

The hotel and staff was great. We arrived right at check in tiime and although our room was not ready they did not hesitate to switch us to one that was so we could get settled. The one downside was there was no way to cool the room down so it was quite warm for us. Overall we would recommend the hotel and stay there again in the future.

No microwave. No holders to hang clothes in bathroom or in hotel room. Shower door is not having proper door to avoid water from spilling everywhere.

Generally great, safe, and quiet stay. Like their breakfast as well. But the TV cannot be wirelessly connected. Pillows were missing at the beginning as well, but the staff deliver them to the apartment after letting them know.

Excellent location. Contemporary style. Ample parking. Rooms are spacious and good beds. Staff at front was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel with wonderful views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We woke up super late and they gave us an hour extra to get ready and check out. Nice sauna, hammam and hot tub ( although the jets were not working). I needed to change something in my reservation and they worked with me and Expedia . The phone in our room was not working ( but I did not call down for it). Nice blinds that actually darkened the room. Overall it was a very pleasant stay- it was the perfect spot to start/stop our day trip to the peninsula.

The front staff was extremely helpful, supermarket across the street was convenient. pleasant, and overall cheerful. I don't know the name of the woman who came from Latvia to work for the summer, but, her smile is infectious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to share my wonderful experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the tub in the spa area was perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants, particularly the great pizza place and charming mom-and-pop coffee shop. However, I did notice that there were limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant, which I hope you'll consider expanding in the future.

Very nice hotel! We were almost alone at the hotel as we visited in may before most tourists arrive. Nice spa inte the basement and really good cod for dinner in the restaurant.

One of the BEST places I've ever stayed at! The staff treated me like a person, not a customer, but a person, or family. The place was super clean. The spa area was phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious. Again the staff went above and beyond. Especially the general manager, im drawning a blank on her name.

The staff were so nice and accommodating and allowed an early check in for me. The room was clean and the free spa was perfect after a long day of driving. The beds were comfy and room clean. And the breakfast was incredible. Would definitely stay again!

Good location, liked that there was a walking path on the water very close to the hotel. Decent hotel. Seemed understaffed, but still had a good experience.
