I love the fact it was clean and tidy and the instructions given to find the key were really easy
There was no Wi-Fi available at the property also no full length mirror and the TV didn’t work

Close to Acton central, lovely breakfast place close by and shop, love the shared kitchen but didn’t find it till leaving, bed was comfy and shower was nice
No hot water in bathroom and left over toiletries in the bathroom

The location was perfect. 4 mins walk from the station.
The room was alot smaller than it appeared in the pics. Very stuffy in the room. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty. There was no headboard. The windows had bird shit all over them.

I didn’t even get in and my money was stolen no reply to emails no access to the place

Location was good
Radiator stuck on so the room was unbearably hot. We had to open the windows which was awful for my hayfever. Lots of noise outside all night. Thin walls so hear other occupants. No hair dryer. No kettle. Tv did not work. Only 1 thin pillow each. Property owner not very responsive. Unable to sleep due to heat. Tried to contact customer service at 1am to request a new hotel. Worst night ever.
