Nice property. The room I stayed was good for a solo traveler or a couple. Also great for a short stay. Staff was great and friendly.Room was really clean.

The staff at this property are so welcoming and super informative about everything. Anything I needed they were able to accommodate me. The rooms were cleaned daily and we received clean linens daily/as much as we needed upon request. There are many food options in the area that are walking distance. My top suggestions in the area are Bebo’s cafe, El Bar Bero and for the night life La Placita!

Had a Good time at this property. I just wish that they would show more pictures of the smaller rooms so we can have an idea on the layout and size.

Ola is in a great area! There are dining options and a super market right next to the hotel. The room we requested for was small but we knew what to expect before coming. All we would suggest is something in the shower to hold things so that it isn’t on the floor. Another thing we noticed is when the room was clean it smelled like cigarettes. I assume the cleaners were smokers and they had the lingering smell on them. Overall the staff was kind and attentive. Although the room smelled like cigarettes the experience at the hotel was comfortable.

A little disappointed they didn’t have a shuttle to the beach it was walking distance 3 blacks but my uncle couldn’t walk there. The rooms don’t have refrigerators but they did provide me with a cooler for my uncle to keep his medication in. Besides those two issues it was great.

The property listing photos did not match the actual property or rooms. The room was tiny, no doors on bathroom or shower and within a few feet from the bed. The room was 59 degrees when we walked in, extremely uncomfortable and not in great condition overall (walls damaged, dirty, etc). The listing is misleading, many other options for similar pricing nearby for better quality of rooms and amenity. We ended up taking the loss and seeking another hotel immediately after checking in.

it was a bang for your buck. great staff who was nice. rooms really small. air works great!! water pressure was great. only thing i didn’t like was there was no hotel signage at all to indicate the hotel. no name on the building. very confusing and weird.

I love this hotel, it's a hidden gem, the staff are so warm and so very helpful. My girls ( 18,15,12) love it. The location is awesome. Walking distance from whatever you want! Can't wait to go again! Because we will be booking again!

Did not have a fool limited dining

Amazing property!

Property was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was terrific. There isn't a pool. Parking is private, but limited. We had a space the entire week.

The staff was very attentive to my comfort and needs during my stay. The only thing I would say is that there wasn't a blower or iron in the room to do my hair or iron my clothes, but I did not bother to ask to see if the property would allow one to borrow. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again. The beach is a 5-10 walk, and many local activities nearby including kayaking, tours, great food and piña colada.

Could not open curtains because it exposed the room to the outside meaning no natural lighting. Hair in the shower. No pool.

I booked this hotel accidentally. When I called to cancel they said I cannot due to hotel policy. I decided to make the best out of it. The location is great due to the supermarket across and the restaurants around it. The room were nice just that I thought I had booked the room with the kitchen sink and apparently, I booked the wrong room. Well I was going based on the pictures. I ended up washing my son’s bottles in the bathroom sink :( The staff especially Marco and Andres were very helpful and always willing to provide information. They contributed to the success of my trip. The issue with this hotel is the marketing department it’s offering more than the hotel actually provides. There’s no beach shuttle, no cafe, no spa, and etc. They need to review the amenities listed. As I read the responses from whomever is responding to the hotel reviews- all I can say is that they are very unprofessional and come off as rude. At the end of the day in this industry we have to understand that “ the clients are always right” not always the truth but it’s okay to take accountability. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the decor is aesthetically pleasing.

Absolutely loved my experience at Ola boutique. It was a great area and had a super market right across. The staff was so helpful and accommodating to all of our needs.The hotel was also beautiful, comfy beds, big bathroom, smart tv, and the AC was super strong. We would come back.

It is a hostel, no more. It is extremely noisy, there is no acoustic insulation. There is no restaurant, no pool and no gym. The small room category is suitable for one person at most. It is extremely small. Bed, shower, sink and toilet are all squeezed into one room without separation. The room resembles a modern prison cell.

THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL, EVERYTING WAS SO CLEAN AND NICE THE STAFF IS AMAZING. WE HAD A SUITE WITH 2 BEDROOMS THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADD IS THAT THE SECOND BEDROOM NEEDED A TV OVERALL GREAT HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

Very friendly staff

There was a problem with the booking and we were placed in their basic room despite paying extra for a better room with more space. They said the hotel was booked and they couldn’t upgrade us to our original room forcing us to go back and forth with Expedia and staff. We were offered a shower curtain to make it better but did not receive nor did we want it. After going back and forth we were finally able to transferred to another hotel. I do not plan to stay here again.
