I booked a room and because of no pets allowed I didn’t even check in. The pet policy was not clearly evident. I can’t understand why some hotels don’t allow pets. Holiday inn express usually allows pets.

Front desk people were good and helpful. Breakfast was good. Now the bad, I don’t think anyone on the cleaning staff ever entered our room during 3 night stay. Lots of coming to our door to see what we needed like towels, cups, coffee, etc. It seems rediculous that at checkout I was given a separate invoice for $7/night for parking.

I need them to return the $250 charge they put to my card for the housekeeping saying the room smell like smoke. I'm a healthcare professional who stays there regularly to manage my flag staff lab. Unfortunately they put me in an adjoining room. I don't know if maybe the girls in the next room smoked, but I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door, to not hear the girls so loud that night. Maybe the girls in the next room smoked and it seeped into my room. However this is very discouraging highly disappointing. In fact, I should have asked to not have been charged for the room at all, and instead I paid a good price for the room, Plus was penalized 250 for smoking that I did not do.

Friendly staff, quick check in and out. Not sure if the room was completely clean, bathroom didn’t look clean, it was a pair of socks hanging in the shower curtain. Shower tub with hairs. Beds clean.

The parking fee is not mentioned when booking. Then you are told at check in that there’s a $7.50 charge per night with an additional $1 for processing fee. This is to be subtracted from your $25 fee/hold for damages which they were unable to provide a receipt indicating that remaining money is returned at time of checking out.

Nice breakfast, clean room, all kinds of channels available with TV, they don't mention charging $7.50 for parking till you check in (lol)which we viewed as chincy.
