Inexperienced check in staffs to system problems while checking out, overall experience was not great. Hotel needs real upgrade. Biggest eyesore was view of old and dirty glass reflector thermal power generators. Appeared inoperative.

Amazing staff , very welcoming staff . Maurya Shereton has been same with its hospitality for many decades. We were very pleased getting pleasant experience.

Decent hotel but no way does justice to the price and name. Slow service, below par breakfast and long queues at reception. I would avoid and get a better one nearby if possible.

The hotel itself is not new but has charm and a stately feeling. However, what is definitely the jewel in the crown is the restaurant, Bakahara. Incredible 5 star dining experience.

I am a regular at Taj palace but thought of trying Maurya this time. Unfortunately, it’s not at par with Taj. Rooms were fine but Maurya really need to upgrade therir restrauants, breakfast room and lobby.
